My first time at In Vogue Salon & Spa. I found it to be a warm and inviting place. Paige did a wonderful job on my hair. The owner has three dogs, Millie, Marv and Pepper. Such loving little pups. Boxer is the breed, I think. Tonya, the owner was very friendly, as was Elizabeth and Kayla. You won’t be sorry getting beauty services here. I highly recommend checking it out! I’m definitely going to continue with this Salon.

Had a spa pedicure. Shaina has a calm and friendly demeanor and is very easy to talk to. She she did a meticulous job on my nails. Highly recommend her!

Very satisfied, made an appointment for graduation. Booking was easy, and they made sure they knew what I wanted (we texted about options and they gave great suggestions, and we made a plan), Kailie was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and made sure we talked about everything before she cut because I had mentioned having bad experiences in the past. She was very friendly and did an amazing job. She also waxed my eyebrows, and I was really happy with the results. BOOK HER! She’s the best hairdresser I’ve been to in Oswego.

Went to get a gel manicure today, it was my first time going to this salon, and the ease of setting up an appointment and checking in was what drew me to it. The girl doing my nails was super sweet and made the time pleasant, however when I got home I noticed she missed a few spots on my nails. And by the end of the night all of my nails peeled off.

Absolutely loved everything! Everyone was so friendly, great customer service, loved how my hair and nails turned out. I will deffinatly be coming back!

I recently was gifted a gift card to use at this business. The gift card specifically stated for wash, cut, style manicure and pedicure. I was able to book an appointment with ease and being that it’s the holidays, I was pleased with how quickly they got me in. The text message reminders were great. Honestly that was probably the best thing about my entire experience. When I arrived at my appointment I was brought right over to have my hair washed. The stylist talked to her coworker the entire time about how much she had to drink the night before. She never checked with me to see if the temperature of the water, which was hardly warm, was okay. She got me into the seat and asked me maybe 2 questions then cut and styled my hair. Although my hair cut was cute, I felt like the process was extremely fast and she never cut it the way she said she was going to. After I was off to get a pedicure and manicure. I liked the lady who provided this service as she was very gentle and knowledgeable. However, my gel manicure started chipping to the point that I took them off only 2 days later. I also asked if the gel manicure cost more and she told me there was a special for the month on the peppermint scrub she used on me so it wouldn’t matter. However at the end of the appointment, I was charged an additional $10. It’s not much, but the gift card said what the services paid for were, which indicates those services were already paid for. I don’t typically leave reviews, but for the amount of money that was spent, gift card or not, I shouldn’t have had my nails peel 2 days later, and I wish my experience was more relaxing. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. It was my first time there and most certainly my last.
