They did what I wanted and found extra stuff that needed for safety reasons and were very nice about it and got it taken care of and Lisa told me what winter tires would be better for my jeep and I go this Friday to get taken care of

Recently I brought my 2015 Focus Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though they were very busy they still made time to drive my car when I described a slipping clutch. Lisa called Bailey Ford for me and got the vehicle transported there for me as the tech did not think it safe for me to driver. She also called my extended warranty but they unfortunately would not cover. Lisa offered to give me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced at Ford. I picked up the car from Jamie and received excellent customer service and information on Ford recalls and programs to ask about. I can’t say enough about the service from the tech (whose name I never received) taking the time to check my car to the other services that went above and beyond. Thank you Durocher Service Department for your honesty and excellent customer service.
