Did a terrible job so my dip was lifting after less than a week and cut my cuticles until they bled

Karen did an amazing job with my nails.she was so sweet and patient while i took forever r to pick a color.

I think they did an okay job, I’ve had neater but I’ve also had worse. The place was super clean, a pack of sanitized tools were opened just to work on my nails. The massage at the end was also a nice touch.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for sometime now. Angela is my go to person for acrylic tips. I usually come to her with a reference image which she ends up replicating really well. Very pleased with the outcomes so far.

Unclean and unsanitary nail equipment. I hope the owners of this place try to update their health-related procedures, because it's clear that they need to.

Listen, the little neck/back massage they give you at the end of your service is enough to keep me going here. The service is good, the quality differs however from visit to visit. For a nice mani and pedi though, you can't go wrong here. Pleasant and helpful staff in a nice sized salon in good location.

Definitely do not go here if you have acrylics. My nails looked good for 3 days and then they started falling off. It was not at all worth the 55 dollars. I’m aggravated. It was a waste of time and money! Avoid this place like the plague

The nails were nice but they were way too rough and cut my hands horribly. Getting them done was almost unbearable and then they forced me to tip after mangling my hands. Wasn’t clear on what I was being charged on and over charged me to be in pain. Waste of money. Won’t be back and will be leaving several reviews on other platforms so people know.

I walked around the area, in search of a good spa pedicure and mani.
I must say I got more than I expected.
I went with my mom.
I enjoyed the setting, hands down the best pedi and mani.
It’s been a while I haven’t had a good job done.
I’ll be coming back!

Just got manicure and pedicure and had a really fantastic experience. Lynn was the lady who did the service and she was professional and kind and knew what she was doing.
The salon looks clean and nice, and they are following strict sanitary precautions. Will definitely go back again

2nd time that they were providing me terrible service. Nail polish didn’t last 2 days! They kicked me out as soon as it was done even if it wasn’t dried! Won’t be back and would not recommend at all!

I went in for ombré dip powder nails but they came out nothing like I expected. I painted over them when I got home. The staff was friendly and other customers with solid color nails had good outcomes. I’d recommend maybe sticking to a basic style or design at this salon.

Second time going there and I’m SOOO happy.
I called and asked if they could do ark on my nails from a picture I have and they said yes.
I was a bit skeptical but let me tell you Angelica did everything PERFECT! I set there and she was really trying her best and she was working so hard but she was a PROFESSIONAL!
I was so happy my nails turned out to be even better than what I’ve hoped.
First time I went there I wasn’t disappointed and I think that time Angela did my nails and she was super professional as well.
Anyway, go there! They are nice and professional and you will not be disappointed

These guys are so good! The prices are amazing and they always do an incredible job. Today one of the gel polishes I chose wasn’t coming out with the chunky sparkles the sample showed and my nail tech hand placed chunky sparkles on each of my nails at no extra cost! Love these ladies! Thank you

I had a 1pm appointment and ended up waiting 2 hours in a jam packed nail salon during a global pandemic for NOTHING! I LEFT! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & A HEALTH HAZARD

Amazing quality. I got acrylic 2 weeks ago by Angela and I was SO pleased. Today I had them soaked off and replaced with gel by another technician and the results are beautiful. They also use sanitized, one-time- use tools which is very appreciated. Very kind, thoughtful people as well. Will definitely make the my go-to nail salon.

Always a great experience when I come here! This is my first time back since they reopened after covid. They have big plastic panels separating you from the manicurist, as well as between pedicure chairs.

I am not from Brooklyn and I needed a salon that could provide the mani/pedi I am used to. They did an AMAZING job. They understood what I wanted and provided a HIGH QUALITY experience. I really enjoyed my experience with them and encourage anyone looking for excellent service (especially if you are from out of town or want nail extensions in Brooklyn) they are the ones to go to for sure.

Ines gave me one of the best powder manicures I have received. I paid $55 for the powder mani/15 minute massage special and she went above and beyond. The precision she took with the filing tool to remove cuticles and prep my nails as well as her multiple buffs after the powder was on were done so well and in great time.

This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The lady that did my nails was rude and didn’t want to listen to my request. She did her own thing and I hated it. The gel was lumpy and my nails came out very uneven. I will never go back here please save your money and time.

This might not be a big deal, but I love their lemon water.they definitely do know how to pamper you the moment you walk in. Excellent customer service every time I’m there.

I’ve been coming her for years. But today I had the BEST lemon scrub massage ever with Maria. And that means a lot coming from a person who is very particular. Her massage was on point and hit my soar areas. She truly took her time while doing my pedicure. When she polished my nails, she had such a keen eye for detail. Great job Maria. Everyone here does a great job, but today, I had an exceptional experience.

Always get my nails done with Angela, she is the best! Very clean place, but make reservations is always full!
