I love coming to house of flats the service was excellent and they always have the tires I need in stock

Hey, I stopped by House of Flats today for some tire work, and the guys were fantastic! Zach, in particular, provided top-notch customer service and took care of everything. This is hands down the best tire place in Syracuse. I give it a solid 5-star rating and highly recommend it for any tire repairs. Outstanding service all around!

These guy's were great! They got me in an out just like they said they would. If I went to Walley World I would have been there all day to put 4 tires on. Thank's so much House of Flats!

I couldn’t believe how fast these guys work! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Their work was great, they patched my tire and got me back on the road super fast! I highly recommend them

I don’t recommend buying here. Tires are less than half the tread and when I tried taking my tires off I couldn’t get the lug nuts loose without an impact. They must not use torch specs so if you get a flat on the side of the road you won’t be able to change it. That’s my experience anyways.

I’ll never buy from them again

So as I was trying to do my brakes today. Because my lug nuts were not properly torqued by house of flats I now have 3 busted lug nuts and have to take my truck to the shop to get removed. Who’s paying for this?

And the saga continues. I went to house of flats today to see what we can do about the three busted lug nuts on my truck. As I entered I found the whole crew smoking what smelled like pot in the back corner of the shop. Now I’m not against pot smoking but it’s not for the work place and definitely not for when you’re putting peoples cars up on jacks and working on them. I asked to see the owner or manager which he wasn’t there. I asked if they use torque wrenches or gauges and was told no. I called the owner who wanted nothing to do with resolving the issue or at the least paying for my bill when I have a real shop get the broken lugs off. He was rude and could care less and also verified that they NEVER use any torque equipment to ensure proper specs.

I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone going to house of flats in Syracuse

I know most people may see this review & keep scrolling but I ask you NOT TO! Please Take heed because i didn’t when i seen bad reviews. I was really desperate for tires but i needed them that bad! This place will treat you totally different from the time you first purchase until you start having problems there attitude changes. The owner is careless i haven’t had my tires which is (4) nomore then 2 weeks & i’m sliding i literally had to call AAA because my truck wouldn’t drive in a little bit of snow. I took my car back for the owner to look at it he literally did a quick walkthrough & less than 1 sec said he see nothing wrong with my tires! & walked off (back in the shop) I have to go get it looked at by another shop maybe i can get it in writing just to take it back & say my tires are horrible! Never again will i purchase bad business! Careless & money h*** i pay over $400 bucks!

They stayed opened past closing to assist me with my tire issues. Got a GREAT PRICE on replacements. Good guys at house of flats! Very satisfied!

The service was quick and prices most affordable in town! I needed same day service and they were able to get me right in. The employees are super friendly! 10/10 recommend

These were great people they helped me get 2 tires for a great price They worked with me & overall good people highly recommended!

This place is a death trap! Do not shop, save your money and potentially your life. They installed 2 tires and within 2 hours one of them totally blew out! To make matters worse they said I had a 30 day warranty but just decided to screen my calls. Please stay away!

Mounted wheels on my sisters car and sent her down the road without checking that it actually fit properly and it scrubbed her calipers. Lucky for them it didn’t cause any real damage but still a shop that specializes in tires you’d think that wouldn’t be an issue. Buying a set of snow tires turned into a 3 day ordeal and then a couple weeks later… one of the dudes working there decided it was a good idea to txt my sister because he “saw her number at work and had to txt it” pretty sure that’s a no no

This shop is like your buddy's tinker garage. Very layed back and casual. They did a good job getting me decent snow tires for fair pricing. They took my old tires for disposal too. They put snows on my current rims. Not sure if they have a balancer as I didn't see back there. They said so? They only take CASH.

I recommend going here without a doubt! We got some affordable tires, that are basically brand new. Good folks too, love their puppy named Cooper!

Best place in Syracuse to go! Skip the big corporations and come here, got me in quick, kept me updated on the status of my car, and you cannot beat the price!
