Absolute wonderful place and excellent service. I bought some anime merchandise and emo band shirts and they were top quality. Definitely makes the edgy 15 year old me come out again. Definitely recommend it for all those emos out there.

I was there last week and saw a necklace that my coworker would like and it wasn't there this time but I found two other necklaces for her. Natalie wrung me up and she's so sweet. Loved her vibe. She signed me up for rewards and saw items that I would like to buy next time. Cool place.

Zero customer service, never felt welcome or at ease just wanted to get out of there even though some products caught my eye.

Best place for Rock and Pop Culture Merch, Tshirts, Funkos, Stickers, bags, backpack and accessories, keyring and chains, mugs etc they have it all, give them a visit, also of your into Rock or Gothic stuff, this is the place where you belong.

My daughter absolutely loves this store the styles of clothes the people, the whole atmosphere she really enjoys.

Nice selection of trinkets and novelties. If you need a gift for someone who is not the average person, I'd go here

Excellent Store one of the best cause this place is where I get all my DC & Marvel Merchandise.

They've stopped selling the stuff i went in there for but the staff is always nice and helpful without being overbearing

Has a few stuff, sometimes things run out and they don't stock till two days but that would be it

My daughter loves this place. She can never go past one of these stores without getting something.

Employees are very friendly when It comes to anime and other pop culture stuff and also slot of good deals and variety of merch they sell here.

Farida was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and thanks to her I was able to find some great gifts. I look forward to shopping at this location. Great staff great merchandise great location also like the hog topic stand outside the store that sells some neat merchandise too. Thanks Farida and thanks hot topic! I wish I could clone the staff here so each hot topic could have competent and caring employees like Farida and the other great workers that I wished I remember their names but i was there around 3pm on a Saturday if that helps give those employees much deserved kudos!

Didn’t know taking a picture of myself was a crime in hot topic. Everyone in hot topic was so greeting and nice, especially two Spanish girls in the front. But whoever the lady is with the red hair (bigger sized female) is very rude. Didn’t acknowledge me at all but was quick to through a comment about pictures. I Walked right out. Is there a policy on selfie taking? I don’t get it. Bad customer service on her behalf. So upsetting.

More for this generation, but I am an old school metalhead, so it definitely spoke to me as far as band shirts are concerned. It's a fun place

Great for anime fans. Cute sweaters, but there is a catch. The prices I feel like are alittle too high for the quality. Other than that it's a nice place to walk into.

Just a minute ago we were there and a tall guy asked my son to use his mask although my son literally pulled his mask for a second to sip what he was drinking, I explained to him and he responded that we aren’t allowed to drink or eat anything in a very rude manner, so we just left.

Awesome place to loose yourself. Its a super friendly environment. The staff are all very eager to help and genuine. If you can't find it? Just ask and they'll try to get it for you. My lid and niece loves this place
