Customer service employees were friendly! The car went in for an oil change and was completed in a timely fashion. I’m very satisfied. Will be returning in the new year for more service on my vehicle.
I am grateful for the relationship I have with the service team. From the ease of making an appointment, to the care they show my vehicle, the quickness that the service is completed, and the fact that they don't try to foist unnecessary work when my vehicle is in for service. I trust them to do right by me.
Everyone I have met at this dealership has been great, and my sales rep Billy was awesome. He was a very easy and considerate guy to work with. I never felt like he applied any pressure to purchase a vehicle and his communication and insight made me feel very comfortable with this whole experience. HOSELTON NISSAN service is great at fixing whatever problem you have with your car fast and good as therefore you dont have to take it there again for the same problem which makes me very happy i chose them as the dealer i got my car from n where i get it serviced at
Service was excellent and pro, however since oil change cost went up here, most likely I'll have to consider Bob Johnson Nissan next time since it is actually a lot less there
Darren, in parts was awesome. Got me the exact part needed at the best price I could find online and also made my core return as pleasant as possible. I'll definitely keep u guys in mind next time I need anything. We'll worth the hour drive for that kind of service.
The technicians recommended a $1300 repair for a coolant leak. Pep Boys replaced the hoses and clamps and stopped the leak for under $100. They recommended a new cabin air filter at a cost of $75. Those cost $10 at an auto parts store. Come on.
My Nissan Rogue 2022 was serviced for the first time under warranty at this dealer since I moved from VT to NY. Phone call service and receiving the car was very good. Warranty repair was done promptly. I didn't get the customer service guy at the service desk at the time I picked my car, but he was super nice, helpful explaining the problem with the car, and very friendly. Thank you.
I trusted Hoselton Nissan and was very disappointed with the service I received on my last visit. Had I not intervened, my car would have been released to Dave’s Auto Clinic without my knowledge, permission or any communication with me. I am the owner of the vehicle and any and all communication should involve me not the two service providers! Especially when Dave’s Auto Clinic was the original culprit!
I been driving the nissan murano now since it was fixed and is working great the only thing with the murano is a check engine light for po171 is the lean in bank1 fuel injection might just be a o2 sensor or a air leak somewhere
I was happy to find out that the inspection on my Rogue was complimentary. All I had to pay for was the new wiper blades. I actually like going to Hoselton for service!
This was my first car buying experience and Craig “Semlo” made it the perfect experience! I am thankful to have been led to him he explained everything, did not pressure me and Made sure I understood the features of my car before leaving the lot! The folks at Hoselton Nissan have always been nice. I have purchased a few vehicles from them over the years. I however would recommend to stay far away from purchasing a Nissan Nv1500 cargo van. I own a Nissan Nv and it has 38000 miles on it. I recently received a catalytic converter failure code and Nissan will not stand behind the vehicle. Hoseltons' Jared has tried working with corporate to get the failure put under "Good Will Warranty" and unfortunately corporate will not stand behind their vehicles. Jared and Hoselton has tried their best!
It's shocking as the warranty just ran out on 2/2022 and they will not extend a good will repair on 9/2022. Its only a few months past within the same year. The repair cost is over $1300. Wow! 38000 miles, regularly serviced at another dealer and well cared for yet the product fails and corporate will not stand behind their product. I hope the readers will consider this review before buying a Nissan.
I however wouldn't hesitate buying a vehicle from Hoselton again as they are professional and great people to work with.
It would be difficult to exceed my expectations because I have them set at a very high level, and yet each time I bring my car in for service, I drive away with a confidence and smile that feels great. I trust my advisor (s) and they come through for me with the right solution and execution. As well as our Nissan Rogue, I also bring in my Honda for all my service needs.
