Service was prompt, Dylan very polite and professional. He had me in in out. Very little wait time.

I called Hoosick Tire on a Saturday morning and spoke to Anne requesting help with my son's car that had been disabled due to an automobile accident. Despite being short staffed that particular day, the owner of the business drove to where my son's car was parked, removed the tire, took it back to his shop, repaired it, and had one of his employees put it back on my son's car on his way home from work. All within 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday. Outstanding service from the moment I called for help right through to an employee finishing the job after hours. The customer experience doesn't get much better than this. Thank you to the entire Hoosick Tire team.

I've always had a great experience every time I have gone there. They are always work efficiently and extremely experienced in everything they do, we have been going there for over 40 years, its a family run business.

Enjoyed reading through a local history book in the waiting room. Very helpful, very fast service. Highly recommend

We had a blow out on our 3 car trailer, we brought them the wheel and in like 15 minutes they had us out the door bing bam boom ready to go, super awesome people

SOOO i called this Am, was told $55 per tire OUT THE DOOR? I was also told "we ALWAYS put the best tires on the front" i pick up my car and bill is $144.i was charged to rotate my tires, a $5 fee per tire (my understanding from walmart is that fee is for NEW TIRES, and the state fee is $2.50 PER TIRE not $5, this is twice they have done this to me.i will be calling the state. I could have gone to walmart bought 2 NEW tires with a 50K mile warranty OUT THE DOOR for $146.56, $2.56 more than more for BRAND NEW TIRES! On a different truck they charged me $25 PER TIRE additional labor, because the tires were a little harder to get off, once again out the door for $240, became $350!
I personally will NEVER go here again.i own 3 cars BTW and people say "buy local" F that!

Took care of my tractor tire quickly and inexpensively. Open on a Saturday was a huge plus.

Brought my tire in after a blowout. Was told there were three ahead of me and they proceeded to take more people before fixing my tire. Bad customer service. Waited over 2 hours for my tire

AWESOME vibe at Hoosick Tire & Service! Good people out front, competent mechanics, and great reading material/tv/music if you're relaxing while your vehicle is worked on. Reasonable prices.and if you're an animal lover you may be able to hang with a german shepard or two!

Quickly replaced the tires on my farm trailer quickly and at a good price. Interesting art in the waiting room.

I can't say enough about My Great experience with Hoosick Tire! I was looking for tires for my Honda pilot. I had asked the gentlemen on the phone I was looking for something more aggressive than what had came with it. He said 'I have theses tires that will be sure to fit your needs. "I have a great tire made by Falcon it's looks like a truck tire in a SUV size. They are called Falcon AT trail. He confirmed the size 245-60-18. " He rattled the size off like a true professional. I said sure order them up. They were in a day or so. On the day of service I just gave him my last name and keys they had me in and out in no time at all. The pilot looks alot more rugged and drives great. Thank You Hoosick Tire!

I pulled in and asked about all season tires and in 40 minutes I was done and on my way, no appointment or anything! Great place to do business withVery fast and friendly business!

Very professional on phone beforehand, as well as when I arrived. He showed me a problem on a wheel, and got the job done quickly. Price for my tires and installation was the best in the area.

Exceptional service and staff. Competitive pricing for the area. I enjoyed the waiting area having comfy couches and chairs with a TV, not to mention interesting books, magazines, and even Native American artifacts.plus some very friendly German Shepards.
