Elaine Bruno was the person who wrote up the work order. Elaine is very friendly, polite and very professional. She explained in layman's term what was needed to be done. Elaine is a credit to your organization

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with that always takes good care of me. For fifteen years I have been receiving excellent attention to my needs when it comes to leasing a car. My experience with Mike Lopiano at the car dealership was outstanding. Their exceptional customer service skills were evident in every interaction. They promptly responded to my inquiries, whether it was via phone, email or in person. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to address any concerns or questions I had truly exceeded my expectations. I also highly recommend Paul Aguilar and Mansour Moustafa to anyone in search of a new car, as their exceptional service will undoubtedly make the car buying process an enjoyable one.

My Honda Civic 2022 was brought to the Service Center on Parkinson Ave for its 9000 mile service this past Saturday. The service and wheel alignment were completed in approx 2 hours despite the many cars that were brought in that day. I was impressed. Further evidence of the quality service provided by Honda was the fact that I did not have the key for the wheel lock on my tires. I thought I would have to go home and get it. The service advisor said this was not necessary. He had a master key on the premises. Once again Honda came through when required.

Had a bit of a “hiccup” with routine oil change. Although I was vociferously displeased at first (OK, I admit that I was yelling), Jeff Pasenkoff made it right in my eyes!

Great customer service as far as I’m concerned!

I walked in not expecting to come out with a new car, but Michael Lopiano made it so easy for me. He went over and beyond to help me. He even picked the car for me, brought it to the front and I feel in love with it right away. He was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend using him and going to Honda of Staten Island.

My husband and I called ahead for an appointment and was taken in right away. We were helped by Kamani and Reggie who were both very kind and courteous. Kamani recommended a vehicle to us and we were pretty much sold on it right away! He also gave us other options and clearly explained the differences in each car. When we got to the business portion, Reggie got us through the paperwork as painlessly as possible. Everything was taken care of for us, including the insurance, title and registration, and payment setup for our financing. Would definitely recommend!

I turned in my 2021 Honda Pilot Lease for a 2023 Honda Passport. I arrived at the dealership at 11 Am on July 26th and the new lease agreement was done by 1230pm. Very fast service and I must compliment agent Michael Lopiano for his friendly and knowledgeable way he treated me. He explained how all the gadgets worked in the vehicle, removed my old licence plates and installed them on the Passport. He even set up my cell phone to the vehicle. I had a great experience at the Honda Dealership which I have been dealing with since 2007. This present lease of the 2023 Passport is my 5th vehicle I leased from Staten Island Honda. I want to also compliment Randy who set up the deal, and Teggie who did all the paperwork

I have to say that since I've been purchasing my cars from Staten Island Honda, the service portion has always been a positive experience. It's gotten better year over year, and the associate, Jason who helped me was very thorough.

The first salesman I dealt with was okay, not very pushy. The second salesman I spoke to must be new. He was very pushy even after I told him know several times. When I was ready to walk out he told me I could not leave, what kind of sales pitch is that by threatening customers? He then gets his manager who is very rude and discourteous. They give the new meaning to sleazy car sales reps. I don't recommend this place at all, beware. I went over the bridge to a different Honda dealer and got a better experience.

Working with Mike Lopiano was an absolute pleasure! I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. Not only did we get a great deal, he was very easy to work with and made the process simple and fast.

Dropped off my truck for a service recall at 8am in the morning didn’t expect to get it back for a rear frame recall the same day but by 2pm I got a call it was all fixed. I was taken in right away explained what they needed to do and after it was all done was also explained with a picture on there computer screen of what they did to my truck to repair and support my frame of my truck. Was very happy with my experience with Honda I didn’t feel I was going to be pressured or sold any products and was recommended anything that needed to be done in the future for my vehicle

My Service Representative Elaine Bruno was exceptional. She took the time to make sure that all the items that I needed were addressed and she even arranged for transportation home and returning the next morning to pick up my vehicle. The man who drove me was really great and took an interest and listened to what I said about my Honda. Once my transaction was completed Elaine walked over to the lot and brought me my vehicle. Just to let you know that I was really hesitant in having my Honda serviced because of my past experiences but I found that the service center has changed with personnel who care.

My service provider was Kevin Bader. He was friendly yet very professional. My 2012 Accord needed an inspection and oil change Kevin explained the time frame and what would be checked. About 40 minutes later he brought out two filters to show me how dirty they were. I told him to change them. When everything was complete, he went over the bill with me and reviewed each item that was checked. Also explained the payment options. Kevin is perfect for this job. Makes the customer feel comfortable.

I recently took m Honda Civic for its yearly inspection and oil change. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and the waiting area was immaculately clean. My service advisor Elaine Bruno was very friendly, helpful and professional. Great experience!

Although I give 5 stars, that is only for the advisor, because of how professional he was. As far as the management goes they are very shady.had a lot of problems with my automobile and the manager insisted. It was my tires, and it was not the bearings. I had to bring it to another mechanic and it was the bearings and they didn’t fix it, the work done at cost over $600. I had to call the warranty department of Honda and they sent me a check to cover the cost.that’s very sad when you can’t trust the place you purchase a car in the place it should be fixed. I was at the end of my warranty. I felt that management was waiting for it to expire so they can charge me full price.

I called to confirm that the used car listed on their site was available. I was told it was. Made an appointment. Drove 1 hour 20 minutes to get there only to be told it was sold. They then forcefully suggested I consider a new car and that everyone knows used cars come with lots of repairs. I know my budget, I knew the used car I wanted to see, and I did not drive all that way to be talked into something else. I don't know what the deal is there, but I won't be back. Also, by the way, the used car I was interested in, that was supposedly "sold" is still currently listed as available. Bait and switch? Just sayin'.

Lied to me to get me to drive from NJ to SI to buy a car. We agreed to the purchase price and went over all line items and fees before I drove over there. When I got into the finance office there was suddenly a “dealer fee” of $700 on top of the doc fee we’d agreed upon. This was a shady move and completely dishonest. I ended up walking out before they agreed to sell me the car for the price we’d previously agreed upon. Avoid these crooks, it’s just a scummy experience especially when spending $55k on a car.
