Lynn the service tech was pleasant and knowlegeable as usual. My HWT would not light. Lynn began to check things and moved one of the wires to get a better contact for his meter. The HWT started and fired up and kept running. There was a poor connection on one of the contacts, but after moving it, that solved the problem. There was nothing else wrong with the unit. I was quite surprised when the bill came for $197.80. I feel that was very expensive for moving a wire connection. I expected a bill, just not for that much.
