Good experience we sat outside because of limited inside seating. Good food, waiter could have come around more to check on us.

I loved the food, it was worth it! Wish the place fit more people and was a little less smelly. BUT OVER ALL AMAZING!

The friendly staff also took wonderful care of us. You can tell Hole in the Wall aims to sustain both body and spirit for Wall Streeters, tourists and residents alike. It was amazing to find this peaceful neighborhood brunch spot amidst the rushing crowd.

Hearty brunch location with really kind staff. All the food was rather fatty though definitely delicious.

We got the Pulled Pork Benedict had heaping and delicious pulled pork.
Chilli Scrambled Eggs had a generous helping of salsa and avocado with glistening scrambled eggs.
The Brekkie roll was definitely on the heavier side of brekkie rolls I’ve had. The sweet potato fries were great but still rather oily and not super satisfying. For drinks we also had a good flat white.

I’d recommend trying for a salad if you want something more balanced considering how heavy the food normally is. Or try another Australian brunch place since there’s so many alternatives in the city.

Service was good, food was rather slow though the place was a fully packed. There was a small wait of about 30 mins for brunch on a Saturday (prime NY brunch time).

The food was pretty bad compared to the 24th street location. I ordered chilli cheese egg omelette with avocado - the egg was over cooked and avocado was off and super acidic. The restaurant/ kitchen was also not very clean……

I also felt the staff was a little bit rude and edgy.

Tasty food and good service. Price is average. Good location and beautiful experience overall. There is a lot of variety in the menu and you can sit indoor or outdoor patio.

Perfect spot for brunching.

Service was terrible. They first forgot our drink order and after waiting for 25 minutes, we had to remind wait staff that we hadn’t ordered any food and were still waiting on our drinks. Food was actually quite nice but they again got our order wrong with that…

The staff is nice, my Benedict eggs were hard boiled though, and the orange juice is not fresh (you’d spect that for a $6 drink)

Pretty yummy brunch food! Tried their scrambled egg (red sauce was a bit spicy but quite good) and also had their coffee with ice cream! I did come out smelling like brunch food

Great food! I loved the combination with mushrooms and pesto. I was expecting 2 pouched eggs instead of one, but that was me because I love eating eggs. After I finished eating, it was perfect quantity!
My boyfriend had the second plate and it was also super tasty.

Amazing smoothies and brunch food, and their outdoor seating area is quiet and peaceful. Their laser engraved QR code menus are pretty cool, too.

Hole in the wall is one of my favorite places in nyc fro brunch however our experience in the fidi branch didn’t meet the expectations and wasn’t aligned with previous visits. First, I felt that the service was impatient (which is SO unlikely to them). They forgot to add avocado to one of the dishes so we had to remind them that. The poached eggs were over cooked so it wasn’t as good as usual (we didn’t send it back because service wasn’t welcoming). Good thing is that they have gluten free bread and they use oatly.

Had the loveliest brunch here. Brekkie sandwich brought me life. Rhys was the cutest server and deserves tips and smooches ad infinitum. Will be coming back.

I like the location with shades and breeze. They are friendly and considerable. Food was good! It’s one of the most popular places in that area. Reminds me of my life in Australia.

This is the worst restaurant I've gone too in a while. I'll be honest the waiters were very nice and patient. But the manager was just rude.

My friends and I traveled to NY for the day and originally planned to go to the sugar factory. Turns out that restaurant was closed so we decided to check this one out. We were a group of six people. This place is very fancy looking and they play great music too. 3 people in the group including myself ordered shrimp spaghetti and something else. We couldn't eat our orders since it was just too spicy so I asked the waitress if we could get something else. The manager came (blonde lady with blue eyes) and basically got the whole restaurants attention to our table. "You guys can't go to a restaurant and just switch orders just because you don't like it or it's too spicy. When you go to restaurants you can't be doing that so much because you're waisting food". First of all we asked to get charged for the plates that we didn't eat. The way she approached the situation was completely wrong. She was implying that we just went there to get free food then leave. After that little approach we were so embarrassed we just wanted to leave. Their whole menu is bad. I just wouldn't recommend going there. There's so many places in NYC with good costumer service and food y'all could go to.

Always so nice to have breakfast here. I like their outdoor sitting too. Each table is far enough so I feel safe to be there.:) The food is excellent. The coffee is in a small cup so I always want to order one more, though.

Good outdoor setup with 4 tables for 2-4 people each.

Got the Pulled Pork Benedict and fries. Both were good although the Pulled Pork was a bit too sweet. Server was a nice, polite person.

The cafe and dining are were super cute! The omelets + coffee taste amazing and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good brunch!
