I only like the convenience. Which I'm weaning myself from. The cars aren't really that clean when we leave and we've had damage several times. Why do we keep going back? ! When the competition finally opens down the street, plan to switch.

NY State inspection - I own a 2022 Tesla model Y and this was my first state inspection. I had some anxiety going in but was reassured by the staff that they would be able to complete the inspection. I am very grateful to Jamey. He was attentive and treated my S3XY like she was his own. Jamey was genuine and did not try to “sell” me anything. I would definitely recommend any Tesla owners in need of a NY state inspection to seek out of Jamey. Strong work! Blessings

Overpriced. $14 for only an exterior wash is ridiculous. I was in from Florida and needed the wash or I would've left. Never again.

Signed up for the unlimited program, first month was $19.99.crazy deal! Then $38 each month after (for the wash I chose), still can't beat it! Great quality wash and very helpful / friendly staff. I love coming here.

Always read the fine print I got charged two months when I thought I was only paying for a month for the carwash secondly I almost got rear-ended in the car wash because it was broken or whatever and somebody decided to back up and I had to honk my horn and shut down the whole thing just so I didn't get whacked

Visited Hoffman's Carwash, In Queensbury on March 29th at approximately 2pm. Attendant at the pay station was helpful, pleasant and friendly. I proceeded to the building where the other Attendant directed me into the building, There was no line behind me. He instructed me to stop and go and that's all. When I inspected their performance, I was thoroughly disappointed. There was bird waste on my hood, windshield was not clean and the rear of the car was not clean. Never have I been there when the hood, windshield and rear end of.the car was not prewashed. I will not return and won't recommend this place. AND THEY WANT TO BUILD ANOTHER ONE?

The line is always long but don't get nervous you get in swiftly and get out. And they always greet you. Great customer service

The car wash was extremely busy but the guys had every under control and things ran smoothly. We were in and out in a matter of minutes.

As is typical on a decent day in between inclement weather, it was busy as people were getting their cars washed. The three line system seems to work, and despite how busy it was, I was only there for about 20 minutes total. I'm not sure how the car wash knows what package I chose (as it seems everyone is getting the same thing in this assembly line style system), but my car was clean and it was pretty painless.

Best car wash we've ever used. We often buy the 3 month pass in the winter months. In summer we drive a convertible and it's not good to take them thru an automatic car wash.

Hoffman's Car wash, Qkr rd, Queensbury, spells automobile longevity. I usually visit the self serve spray bays first to totally flood the wheel wells clean, then open all doors to spray door rockers & door bottoms. Only a couple bicks. Then hit the drive thru for the 3 month UNLIMITED WASH special, gets the under belly, wheels, some pretty good wax. To complete Cassandra's journey, hit up the vacuum to suck out her cracks & nooks & crannies, I hit spots no one else does. She just purrrrrrs in warm, relaxed ecstasy.

Great car wash. Monthly unlimited car wash accounts. Clean but usually a long fairly quick moving line into the automatic wash. Overall good.

I go through the automatic drive through wash. Every time I come out, I have to manually wash the underside of my truck. They need to update their system. Whats the point of drive through if it doesn’t get all the salt and dirt. And their prices go up and up.

I just stopped in to manually wash car after work. Stopped in yesterday but the none of the manual bays were open. Only one bay open today. Had to wait a half hour.

Went to touch less and it stopped while my car was covered in soap but someone came out immediately and put me thru another station right away. Great service and have been going there forever

The amount of money that this location brings in has to be immeasurable! In the winter time, it is CONSTANTLY busy. I only speak for the touchless wash, in the middle. It’s an above average car wash. Nothing beats a hand wash obviously but this does a decent job.

Hey Hoffmans, just sayin, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense if the rubber on the exit door is dripping wet and you have to drive through that when the door raises after the 2 passes of drying!

Good smooth experience. Today, Dec 28, at 11: 30-11: 45 am I just drove straight through with minimal waiting. Some days there is a line out to Quaker Road at the Queensbury, NY 12804 location, probably between 25-30 cars! This business must be near to point of needing to expand to cater for demand. If it does, please introduce in-car cleaning here as well.

I use the automatic car wash. Does a horrible job but most of the dirt is off. Sides are never washed. Wish I could see over the dash to go in the drive thru. I bring special wipe cloths to make it look good before I leave.

Since they went fully automated for payment of car washes at the Queensbury location, it seems the quality of the wash has decreased. Instead of a few water spots and streaks, there is dirt left on the vehicle. Still better than all the touch-less washes around. Also staff is still great, friendly and personable. Definitely not a Delta Sonic level clean (for you WNY transplants).

Maybe the fastest, least thorough automated car wash I've ever used. If I hadn't bought two washes I probably wouldn't return here. Car was left dirty and didn't look good or clean. $13 doesn't get you much here.

Clean, customer service focused staff, efficient oil change, rotation. Was recommended by local residents. Needed oil change during long distance travel. Just show up!

I love the Hoffman car washes, Amsterdam's so much better
This one doesn't have free vacuum's but it was still ok. 3.00$ for 8minutes
