It's H&M what's to write about it. We love their clothing and the design of the clothing + the quality of the materials.

Great spot for kids' clothing and very affordable clothing for kids, women, and men. I recommend checking out here first while shopping in NYC if you are looking for affordable clothing.

Excellent service, we went shopping on a Monday night and there was little influx of customers. We were able to make a quick purchase.

It's a shame to be in New York and to go to H&M for French people. In addition we do not love the store in France either (poor quality).
So we regretted it and we quickly left

As a lil Mississippi boy, this H&M was massive. Usually it’s like one floor, but this one was like 3 floors mane. And da first floor alone was bigger than da one near me in Mississippi. Quite exhilarating.

They have a lot of inventory, you can almost find everything that you want from a clothing store.

I loved going to this place. For being in NY city. Prices are really affordable. If you are not looking to spend a lot of money. This is the place to go.

What else can you ask for?

Purchased some items while traveling in NY and they left three security tags on them. Not only they took forever to ring the sale, but they were moody and clearly hate their jobs. I came back to take one out, but unfortunately did not notice the others until it was impossible to go back for the rest. I understand if they forget one, but forgetting three and with their attitude means that they are negligent.

I threw the items away, as they were unusable and not worth the trouble. (There is no convenient store where I live). Customer service was also unhelpful and did not provide any solution.

Cheap, good clothes for the whole family. The Times Square location has plenty of seating and a good place to charge your cell phone. Also, the bathrooms are clean, and that makes a difference in Times Square. At least buy some socks!

Crowded obviously due to location. Huge but lacks in worthwhile selections. Typically, when I go to h&m, I usually leave with more items than planned but at this location, I only bought 2 items so maybe the lack of great options was a blessing because I didn't spend alot.

I got to visit my favorite store and introduce my fiance to the store. He loves it to! Best clothes and Best price's! Cam not wait to go back!

Only go if you have nothing to do. Long lines - 20+ people in line only 2 cashiers. Associates just chatting. Politely asked if they can help the line as it hasn’t moved due to complicated transactions holding the line - they declined. Line was SO LONG that an associate asked us to sign up for points TWICE (via the QR). Like DUDE that’s how long the line - you naturally thought these are new people in line but we were still all there!

Good store, I found what I was looking for and the prices were not so high as anyone might expect

While the store was impeccably kept, the service was terrible. I was appalled at how I was treated by staff because I tried on a hoodie over my clothes instead of walking upstairs to the fitting room to do the same. The policy makes zero sense and the staff member was rude and derogatory when speaking with me. We are all a little on edge with Covid, understaffing, etc but no employee should ever act that way. Will never return and would advise others to shop there with caution.

Scant selection of men's clothing and for this to be a flagship store they don't carry every concept

Wish every h and m was like this store! Clean, clothes beautifully displayed, help very nice. Will go back next time in nyc.

Was running in after have a 1 night stay drunk to buy an outfit the customer service was so rude they thought I was a homeless man walking around brought a whole outfit and they thought I stole the card omg worst experience I ever had
