My airpods were taken from the case by an attendant. I have the address where the pods are currently. Unfortunately I have to contact the police to recover them. Sorry to say the attendants that work at the location on 44th St in Manhattan are thieves. Will update soon

I had the pleasure of parking in this garage today, 4 days before New Years Eve in the middle of Manhattan. Staff was a pleasure, my car was just the way I left it, and it was a flawless in and out process. I highly recommend it.

Do not park here. These folks dont know how to park, or stay organized. Car stuck. 2 of them running around to figure out how to free car… now standing here 20+ minutes.

Excellent service, rates and location in Manhattan. We used it on a Sunday and the payment was fast, the arrival and departure process was very fast

DONT PARK HERE! I had to come here because there was a problem with the original garage i paid for and i was told to go to this one and that my prepayment would be honored. I will make this story short. When i got here they said they would honor it too. When i got BACK i was told no and that i had to pay again and get my money back from the original garage. In between the attendant at this place told me to back up my car and he said he was watching me. He didn't. I backed into the car behind me. The driver was in it. No damages or scratches. She was horrified that he did that because she would have backed up if she felt he wasn't watching but he was. Thank goodness she was a graceful and understanding person but we were equally upset with this place. Don't come here. Nobody is on the same page as far as overflow from other garages ot arrangements and the experience was less than a star. I now have to chase the first garage for my money back.

Very rude valet. I had a paid spot hero parking space, but he wouldn't hear of it. Placed cones and said lot was full. My guest got out of the to tell him to see my app. Reluctantly he came, agreed I had a space, removed cones and directed me to go behind a car. I followed his direction but then blocked traffic so inched forward to give way. He then hollered that I was trying to jump the line and yelled that I go to the back of 10 car line. I tried to explain, but he wouldn't hear of it. Will never return

If you like to get Robbed, park at this place, I reserved it through parking hero and parked there over the weekend, I paid the full amount online, pick up time was 1130am, I got there at 11 am, and no service desk, I was having trouble though self-check machine, I went to 2nd floor, there was someone who told me to go back and I will send someone to help you, a person showed up 11: 36 am, he told me you are 6 minutes late and I have to pay $43 more, very very rude, to get my car, I pay this amount than they bring wrong car, which one was not mine, I am very disappointed, horrible experienced, please don't park at this place.

The staff scratched our car and we saw how he backed up and banged our car while he was on reverse. Nothing was done to the staff I am disappointed. The staff should be held responsible for the damage they do to the car. We go to parking spaces like this because we trust that our cars are in good hands and this is what happens? They should feel responsible like its their own car and take care of it properly. This mightve happened to someone else and they just didnt see how it happened.

I am absolutely appalled by the service here.i had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come valet my car and only 2 other cars were there.this caused me to be 30 minutes late to a show i payed a lot of money for. Additionally, leaving the place was an absolute nightmare. These lovely people were delivered a car dented in the front, and the guys were adherent but ignorant to everyone else. It seemed to be a lack of staff. I was waiting 30 minutes for my car to be brought back and 8 other people who arrived later had been delivered their cars before me. When i tried to bring attention to this, I was ignored and had to wait until someone brought me my car which was only 2 spots away from where i was.

I would give negative stars if I could.
I had a reservation for a large vehicle for 3 weeks, and paid well for it. I needed it because it was in the middle of Manhattan. When I got there, they said quite rudely, that it was full and that they couldn't take our vehicle. No amount of arguing or anything fixed it. They just said "write a review", so here I am doing so. What's the point of making a reservation if they're going to fill up the garage, including the spot you paid for?
Don't use this place if you want to find parking in the city! They will screw you over!

Couldn't have been much smoother. Arrived around 11 AM on a Saturday and we were one of two cars parking. They took care of us immediately. Left around 5 PM and our car was ready within a couple of minutes. Probably spent about five minutes total inside the garage.

After reading all the horror stories and terrible reviews, I was expecting the worst kind of experience. However, for the most part the experience was painless and much better than anticipated. We didn't know how long our errand would take and guessed two to three hours. (The attendants need to know how long the car will be parked so they can arrange all the cars in the best order for storage and retrieval.) However, our errand only lasted 45 minutes, which meant we needed the car retrieved a lot sooner than expected. Fortunately, the attendant who parked the car had decided to put the car in the front row, which made retrieval relatively easy. Perhaps it helped that I communicated in a courteous manner with the attendant who parked our car. I also made sure to take pictures of the car as I handed it over, just in case there would be damage visible upon retrieving the car. Paying for service may be done over the phone, which I chose to do. There is also the option of paying at a station at the street-level lobby. Even though we parked a minivan (Honda Odyssey), there was no upcharge for the vehicle being "oversized", which something that is mentioned in some of the reviews of the various parking facilities in the area. There was no damage visible to the car and nothing seemed to be missing from the car.
The only snag was a bit of a wait for someone to retrieve our car when we returned to pick up the car.

Don't waste your time here. I spent 2 hours just waiting for an attendant to get my car. The line of other people waiting to get their cars was ridiculous as well. Everyone was grumpy, understandably. They need a better system because obviously this one is not working.

This was the worst experience ever. We used spot hero and reserved from 1pm to 1 am. We arrived 12: 50 and left 5 pm. The line to get on was long which is why we got on it and took the ticket. We paid spot hero: 25 dollars and the parking garage refused to give us our car unless we paid another $24 because we were 10 min early. Even after we explained what happened the manager was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t do anything unless we paid. Do not use this garage!

Terrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for an attendant to acknowledge and help us. I had a 7 week old baby and 1 year old with me. I asked to use the bathroom since I couldn't wait any longer and had to change their diapers and the guy gave me a huge attitude saying no. 10 people went ahead of me and I complained several times that there must be a glitch because I prepaid ahead a week prior. I checked out downstairs and got my ticket etc. For whatever reason, my number still wasn't coming up. Again, no one tried to help me until there was about 10 more people waiting for their cars. I then had no choice and had to uncomfortably breastfeed in public. FINALLY my car was retrieved and we received no apology.

I had reservations yesterday. I have worst experience for this parking garage. Never ever i come again to park my car there. I paid and charged me a twice from SpotHero and prepaid garage machine. They told me not accept my reservation because my car is oversized. Why do not mention oversized car lists names and details on SpotHero website since my car was Toyota SUV and put it as oversized car?

My adult son had to go back to the car to pick something up and found our car was covered in dust an dirt because some drilling job done above. At our return the charge was $31 for about 2 hours. I told the cashier that I will not pay until I see the car to make sure everything was OK. We had to wait about 10 minutes and got finally charged $44. We could see that the car was partially cleaned. When I complained we got fierce bullying an verbal attacks, insults, etc.from the cashier and all the attendants. Worst service I have ever experienced. The arrogance was without presedence. Instead of working in the service industry those guys should be working in a coal mine.

I was visiting a store nearby when my son went back to find that workers were drilling and thousands of pieces of rough concrete were hitting my rental cars paint. When I went to demand an explanation, they increased the price from 31 to 43 dollars for no apparent reason and started insulting me and my family all the way out to the exit. Disgusting!

Hate this commerce. The treatment was absolutely grotesque and they quite literally charged us extra for waiting until they brought our car around, 12 bucks extra to be exact!

This garage used to be one of the best in Midtown. I used it dozens of times pre-pandemic when I decided to drive to the office instead of taking the train. They get an a star just for past performance, otherwise it would be zero.

But in the last couple times I’ve been there, the service has been incredibly slow and super rude. Today will be the last time I ever park there as when I pulled up this morning, I moved into the usual lane that I’ve always been directed to. There were cones for the waiting area, but I was able to pull behind a vehicle (as I’ve been told to many times before) and was no where near the cones nor blocking the key station. I’m standing outside my car, ticket in hand, waiting for an attendant, while other cars drive by in the left lane - which they are usually told NOT to do since it is two way traffic.

I walk a little and see a small sign way at the end telling cars to pull up and around. Not near the actual entrance, not near where the first “park here” sign is. Way down at the bottom. An attendant, an older shorter man who I know has worked there for years, sees me standing by my car and literally turns around and walks away. After I had walked down the drive and finally saw the sign, a younger short man with dark hair sees me and says “miss? ” I tell him that I pulled up to where I was because that’s what I’ve ALWAYS been told to do. He says I was supposed to drive down, and it was obvious to everyone, and clearly they were full. Well, clearly it wasn’t clear since I was able to easily stop my car in the same area I’ve always been told to. While he was even examining my vehicle, another car tried to stop where you always stop and he just yelled at them “no drive down. ”

But it wasn’t the misunderstanding, or the lack of clear signs, directions, or sufficient staff. It was his absolutely rude attitude to me. His voice was filled with disdain, he didn’t even acknowledge that they could use just one more sign closer to the entrance. I didn’t yell, or scream, or curse at him. He just blamed me and blew me off. I always tip, I’m always polite, even when I have to wait (and I was standing around for five minutes before anyone acknowledged me), but I know customer service having worked in retail throughout college and high school. And this place has gone down hill remarkably so.

There are plenty of other options in the area, and I will never park here again.

Literally the WORST parking garage in NYC. I’m a monthly customer and EVERY time I come to get my car they have lost the car or have to manually recreate the ticket. They NEVER get the car in advance when you call for it in advance online. I just waited for my car for an entire hour and escalated to the manager and watched as his employees refused to resolve the matter. Outright insubordination. Do not trust your car with this operation. After the manager told me it would be another 25 minutes to get my car since his employee refused to do what he told him to do to resolve the matter, I had to run out without my car because I was already late for my appointment.

Came in at 11: 08am, planned on leaving around 4: 00pm, was quoted $62. Left at 3: 45, and was only $44. Staff was very helpful and clear with their instructions. Much better experience than at yesterday's garage.

I do NOT recommend you to come here if you have important things to attend to after retrieving the car.

Today I stood in the same spot and waited for 1 hour 20 minutes before my car was retrieved.

Poor service and incessant whining for me coming earlier than projected time to pick up the vehicle. Impossible experience.

Terrible place that price gouges you. I parked a two door jeep there and was charged an oversized vehicle premium. Completely unreal given a Jeep footprint is much smaller than sedans. Do not park there. Park across the street or elsewhere.

Beware! I Arrived at 12: 50pm and my reservation began at 1: 00 PM so the charge for 10 minutes was $14. The charge for seven hours was $29. Won’t be using Edison again.

The facility is a good location, clean and efficient. The people who work there are very rude and go out of the way to be unhelpful. I have a medical condition and needed some assistance, I was treated very poorly. The only time someone was attentive was to receive the tip money.

This was our go to place when attending plays. Definitely not so anymore. Rates have increased to $28 and a surcharge of $20 for our car which had never been assessed previously

This was the best place to park on 44th! We accidentally went into every parking place on this street and this was honestly the nicest one! If you looking for parking I really recommend coming here! Staff is courteous and extremely nice! They care about your car and will park it for you! Thanks guys ️

Rip Off. I'll NEVER park here again.l drove a lowered A4 wagon into this garage, during early bird pricing on a weekday, which should be, according to their sign, $26. However because I have a roof rack on my lowered car, that makes it an suv apparently. You learn something new everyday. What's the upcharge on the SUV I now drive, you might ask? An additional $20. That's right, it was more expensive then parking in the self park luxury of being right at the tunnel Port authority garage. I wasted time in traffic, had to hand over the keys for someone else to park, plus the time it took debating this preposterous policy with the assistant manager who said, "Yup, SUV". Lesson learned, park at Port authority. These guys are thieves. There's zero justification for the upcharge. This isn't a garage that vertically stacks cars in which my roof rack was prohibiting or occupying usable real estate. If that were the case, I'd understand. This is a garage that is non stacked, ground parking only. A real SCAM they got going.
