I am very pleased with the service I received from Hempstead Ford. Their service of pick up and drop off, is one of the best options I’ve ever experienced. Their drivers were courteous and very respectful of my concern as well as the vehicle. My repairs were attended to quickly and the vehicle was returned. Great Service Hempstead.

Worked with John at Hempstead Ford and he was very reliable and helpful. Brought my car in for general maintenance and rear camera issues. Technicians provided a thorough diagnosis of an older vehicle (2013 Explorer). Car is driving much smoother now (wheel alignment) and AC is working MUCH better (coolant maintenance). Camera is on backorder, but will return to get that addressed when parts are available. Turnaround time was extremely reasonable as well = 1.5 days.

Followup: Camera came in and was installed in less than 1/2 a day. Ford even offered to drive back to my home so I did not have to walk. Excellent working with John.

If I could give zero starts I would! My service advisor Michael needs to find a new job. He is unprofessional and lacks the skills to be in the service industry. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday and left for vacation. Told him that I need get fix 2 scratched rims, check all four tires, oil change, look at all recalls, fix squeaky belt, and an auto butler. He emailed me on Tuesday while on vacation to tell me that my brakes needed to get done. I asked him how much it would cost. He quoted me $475. I told him to go ahead and do it. Two days later I asked him what was going on with my truck and will it be ready by Saturday, his response was. ” coming for wheels tomorrow. ” I replied with is my truck going to be ready by Saturday I still need the auto butler. On Saturday morning after I got home from my trip I called the office to find out what was going on. He told me that the rims came back on Friday, but they cannot do the auto butler until three days after. Apparently, you can’t wash the car until three days after the rims come back. With this being said, why not put in for the rims to get done first and foremost. While the rims are being done, you could’ve done all the other things that was on the list so by the time the rims come back you could wait to three days and then do the other Butler, it’s not rocket science. You should know your job and communicate information appropriately. I decided not to get the auto butler. I just needed my truck so, on Saturday when I went to pick up my truck, I saw Michael. He handed me a bill for over $900. The issue with the bill is that the $475 quote actuality came up to $775. When I asked him why he said you have to include labor.why didn’t he quote me parts and labor? That would be to easy and make sense, that’s why. No sense of urgency, and he barely even spoke with me when I came to pick up the truck. Some people just need to find a new job and he definitely is one of them.

I feel like I walk into a place selling luxurious cars that far away beyond my affordability. The sales only ask what is your budget and nothing else. Nothing relevant except money. I went to crown ford next day, they are extremely helpful. I am not sure what's going on makes ford Hempstead so pround (arrogant), chip shortage? Ford reputation? I am still not getting it.

Incompetence doesn’t begin to cover it, from my experience, with this Service Center. My brakes failed while driving 3 weeks after a 5000 mile service. According to the Manager, “It’s a hose, it happens. ” Very comforting. And the quote I received for a potential repair? Add “highway robbery” to the list.

Great sales man JC Crescenzo, second vehicle I bought from him. But because of the Covit still on, JC could not sit in the truck with me. Still learning all the details, basically I have to learn all myself. Other than that I totally understand, I just love the F150 Lariat. Hempstead Ford is a beautiful place. I already have had dealings with the shop with first car. Absolutely no complaints at all. I'm very pleased with everyone and everything at Hempstead Ford.

Most absurd service scheduling process I have ever experienced hands down. 16 days out to get an oil change for your car - crazy. Also if you have anew vehicle make sure your know your VIN number or else you can’t schedule - after you have to repeat it 3 times they finally tell you the first appointment is in 2 months but they can possibly squeeze you in in 16 days.

Service went well until the valet employee mishandled my mustang and ruined my front chin splitter. He was not mindful of the bumpy roads in the Hempstead Ford parking lot and I saw not only my rims hit deep into the lumps and bumps in the parking lot but most importantly, saw my chin splitter scrape really hard.

Paint has now chipped on the splitter. When I informed the valet of his mishandling on my car he brushed it off and walked away. I told the service reps I had to leave the place by 1030 for a prior commitment and therefore due to timing I was unable to let his managers know of this mishap. Extremely disappointed.

I have been bringing my car to this dealership for many years. Everyone is attentive and polite. I deal mostly with Karen who understands my car and the need to have it in always in peak running condition. Work is scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Time varies each visit depending on the amount of work to be performed.
I purchased a new Ford Edge in December and the vehicle is great. The vehicle was in for routine maintenance and the auto butler treatment. Result was the vehicle is now showroom quality.

I have a potentially dangerous issue with my car and the service department said i have to wait 2 months for an appointment. God forbid something happens while im driving - they dont care. The customer service rep was extremely rude and didnt care. I would NEVER go to this dealership or really any in the area because they are all the worst customer service.

The remote buying experience was extremely professional; specifically Stan Peddle went over and beyond to make communication easy and made my family and I feel confident about our purchase. Went to get my oil change and they push that car needs to be inspected for much more. Ended up with a bill over $1000. I thought they had cover everything, got home and noticed the check engine light is lit up. Called them to get a follow up but now they said the specific tech is only available during the weekday. I'm upset that they overcharged for nonsense and now want me to miss a day of work and to pay again to get it serviced for the engine which they supposedly had checked. What a ripped off, after years of going here, not doing business with them again.

I went today to get an oil change and an inspection as well as a wheel alignment. The service went well. The rep was also helpful. However, the guy that was in charge of the valet to bring out the cars was very irresponsible with my mustang. He was not careful when driving over the lumps/bumps and pot holes in the Hempstead Ford parking lot, resulting in my front splitter scraping. The paint has now began cracking.

Unfortunately this is an aftermarket part that cost up to 1000 dollars (prep, paint, etc). When I told the individual about it, he shrugged it off and didn’t seem to care. I will most likely not bring my car back here for my next service or will require them to have me drive my car around the lot since they are absolutely careless with the car.

Easy to service the vehicle with the pick up service and leaving the loaner to use until the redelivery. No one has the time to do even these important things with our busy lives and with this convenience it’s much less stressful. It’s the only way to go once you experience it.

Hempstead Ford servicing department is a nightmare to deal with. There was absolutely nothing that went well with my service experience with Hempstead Ford. They kept my SUV for a week and still could not fixed it, they wanted to keep my vehicle for longer without providing a loner, I inform them that I needed my vehicle, so they could either provide me with an emergency loner or I would need my vehicle back. I was told that they will call me back when a loner was available so that they can fix the car, its being one week now and no updates or no call back. My vehicle still has the error, and nothing is being done. This is not the first time we as a household has had bad experience with Hempstead Ford, we had a truck and it was the same drama when it comes to servicing, I taught ford was supposed to be reliable apparently not. Hempstead Ford is the worse to have to deal with. I have to return my SUV in November and I can't wait for that so I can be done with Hempstead Ford. Take your business to some other Ford, this one is just unprofessional and simply unpleasant to deal with.

I wanted a 2017 MKC Reserve with reasonably low mileage, I found my dream car at two other Lincoln dealerships, but both wanted to charge additional finance fee of 1000 over listed price. I was paying cash.
Luckily I found Hempstead Lincoln and JC in the preowned division.
Right from the start JC was up front about pricing and the car I wanted.
Unfortunately the car I wanted had a hold by another client. JC promised to keep looking for me. Two days later JC called to say the other client did not take the car. 3 days later I drove off in the car I wanted.

Outstanding service. Not only was the issue corrected, but the advisor determined that my pre-owned Explorer should had been sold without upgrading a particular part, which she then arranged for at no cost. And a service that I had lost the paperwork for was nonetheless performed, at no cost, and done beautifully. Probably the best dealer service experience I ever had.

Terrible experience. Paid registration fees, but dealer never helped me get it done. Temporary registration expired and now I can’t drive my car on the road legally. They won’t help me get a replacement. Disappointing service.

Service and Staff are amazing. Kept their promise, stated they would have us out in 2 1/2 hours or less! Sure enough out in 1 1/2, fair honest prices, everything explained, it was even relaxing sitting in the waiting room. Keep up the good work.
