I had to two cars that needed collision work within two months. They are professional, Got my cars fixed sooner then expected-Highly recommend them!

I needed my truck towed across the county, they called me back same morning got it done within the hour. The receptionist on the phone (can’t remember her name) was VERY helpful and caring about my situation. If I could give 6 stars I would.

After a deer took out my front end, I was about in tears seeing the finished product! Everyone was so communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and kept in the loop while it was being worked on.not to mention it was conpleted earlier than originally thought. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Had to have my car towed, the gentleman was super nice/polite. The shop called to let me know their driver was on his way, and then he called to let me know he arrived. Definitely recommend

George and Jason Absolutely not. You hear those names run! This whole office needs to be laid off. Their attitude, the way they handle business, and their tones.are a no go! Throw the whole building away!

Kelly is disgustingly rude. So distasteful, so bitter, and nothing about her is pleasing. Her attitude is so gross she shouldn’t even be answering calls! Horrible experience.

These guys are very responsive and respectful. I got my car towed and they were responsive enough to let me know what I needed to bring to make things smooth. I went there and everything was done in 5 minutes. Respectful and pleasant people.

Heinrich Collision is a great place, I hit a deer, the Sheriff's Dept had them tow it to their shop. They did the repair, kept me in the loop on what was going on. George, Jason, Kelly the whole shop are great people. I see why they have generation after generation of families going to them.

I had my van repaired at Heinrichs after I had a run in with a deer. Damage was pretty substantial. They did a wonderful job! From the towing to the customer service to the actual repair it was an A+ experience! I highly recommend them! Thank you for doing an outstanding job!

It was a really bad time in my life they towed my car, helped me figure out the insurance stuff. They repaired it Kelly even offered to take me shopping because I didnt have a car. Really good people. That is rare!

We are a military family and we’re visiting family prior to a PCS move and hit a deer with our car. My husband had orders to report to his duty station in two weeks and we were very worried about getting the car repaired in time. We brought our car to Heinrichs and they went above and beyond. They made our car a priority because of our circumstances and ordered parts before getting money from the insurance company so they could start ASAP. The entire experience was a pleasant one; from the office manager to the owner of the shop. They finished when they said they would and did a beautiful job. We are so grateful for their support to military families.
