Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. After waiting all day and being promised that Roses would be delivered no later then 6: 00 pm. They finally arrived at 10: 00 pm The owner could care less. She was rude like it was my fault instead of her own. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

Called in a rush for a Bouquet of flowers $125 total ended up $170. But they have different arrangements I just wanted the best of the best and bells and whistles! And boy did it do it’s job! Happy wife happy life is all I’m saying!

Katherine did our wedding and everyone was in love with the beautiful centerpieces and my bouquet! Katherine did an amazing job helping us not only with the asking arrangements, but I totally forgot to get the baskets for my flower girls and she did the impossible to get them for me. I am beyond grateful for the talent and the consideration for their costumers. I highly recommend them

Very disappointed. 5 roses were $48.88
I asked for a refund 5 minutes after I left the store and the lady said No since I had already left. Only 5 minutes had passed. She offered an extra rose but no refund. Definitely not coming back ever… I also asked her if at least I could pick the roses I wanted and she said No. Terrible service!

I ordered two specific arrangements for mothers day from Heavenly Flowers website. They were NOT heavenly at all! I placed the order over the phone and the seller confirmed that they could replicate the arrangemengs and have the flowers in stock. The product delivered was wrong on every level and very skimpy. I was so embarrassed to give them to the grandmas but had no choice. Heavenly Flowers refused to refund me unless I return the arrangements. Really? The flowers are no longer in my possession!
Additionally, they said I should have called to let them know I was not pleased with the arrangements. I called a dozen times. No one answered the phone. I do not recommend this florist!

Due to the timing of this pandemic and the passing of my father (not related to the virus) it was a very difficult time especially when it came to ordering flowers for the funeral home when almost every other florist around Oceanside were closed. I called them and the girl on the phone was very helpful in ordering what I wanted since I didn't know anything about funeral arrangement flowers. I was nervous about the order being delivered on time, but when I entered the funeral home they were in place and were very beautifully arranged. Thank you for your time and effort at this difficult time.

Flowers were delivered on the date promised and they are absolutely beautiful. Also, delivery was free which is a big plus. Would definitely order from them again.

Total disappointment. I placed and order at 9: 00am, the transaction went through fine. 6hrs later when it almost COB I get and email saying refund was successful, out of order. Worst valentine's day ever. The money was of no significance at that time of the day so unsuccessful refund should be what is said.

10-1-2019 ordered harmony.basket.that is not what was deleivered. Very dissapoint ed and will not recommend this shop
