This is a great dealership! I was there with kids in tow and they were able to make it happen. I’ve had some bad experiences at dealerships but this dealership has a really great team of people who work there. I’m genuinely impressed with our service. They even got my 4yo daughter pizza while we waited. Lance in finance is great and David In sales took good care of us.

The latest scam: swollen lug nuts. Couldn't perform tire rotation due to "swollen lug nuts" which they try to blame on climate even though everything I've read points to overtightening as the cause. Healey Brothers Ford=Dishonest scam artists like all the rest

I brought my car in by appointment on March 23. I was told that by Monday 27th my car would be ready.
By Wednesday I had received no call and took the initiative to call myself. I was told on the phone that the Friendly Ford was currently going through a merger with Healey and that, “no one is working on cars right now and everyones being fired. ” I asked why I wasn’t notified of this and was just told, “sorry, they’ll probably be doing cars again on Monday April 3rd. ”
I called that Monday morning to check the status, a receptionist took my number and said they'd call me back that afternoon.
After AGAIN receiving no call, I showed up in person on April 4th. I was seated for 20min before being told that the paperwork for my car “fell through the cracks” that the part needed was never ordered, and that they’d call me later that evening after they find out an ETA for completion.
I did not receive any news until April 7th, when Evin, a technician, called to explain further what was going on. He still could not give me an exact time for when the car would be done, but it would seem at this point they were just beginning to look at making any kind of progress.
On April 12 Evin left me a voicemail saying that the part was in, and that the car would be done that evening.
I heard nothing till April 14, when Evin left me a message explaining that they ordered and installed the wrong part…. Causing me to be inconvenienced for even longer.
Finally, on April 19th I received a call late that the car was done, and picked it up on April 20th, almost a full month later!
Evin discussed giving me a discount for everything that had happened, but upon seeing his offer, I felt that it just didn’t reflect the aggravation and literal money this had cost me. I have a newborn baby, and two jobs. I’ve been paying ubers and gas money to friends to get around while being kept completely in the dark about when I’d have transportation again. I paid a whole month’s insurance and didn’t touch my car… finally after asking to see a supervisor (who was never called) he gave me a “employee discount” which I accepted, yet still didn’t feel great about.
I have driven the car twice since and ALREADY the check engine light is back on. At this point I’m beyond frustrated! All this and I’m back where I started! Even if it’s not the same issue, how do i know it didn’t happen while my car was being bounced around the lot for a month? How do I know the cause isn’t because the wrong part was installed under Healeys watch?
What I would like is a free diagnostic to see if it’s the same issue and if so, I want it fixed at a different Healy location. And if it’s a new issue I don’t want to be charged because Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I left this message for Ben Service Manager, and big surprise, it’s been days and no-ones contacted me. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!

Walked in with a lease turn in within 3 hours purchased a brand new truck in stock exactly as I had wanted at a very fair price. My salesman Ken was professional and delivered as promised. This was the fastest most stress free car buying experience I’ve had to date. Thank you. Love my new truck.

Lady that answers the phone when you first call is terrible, and rude. She is supposed to be the front line of the company when calling and fails the company. Also the guy in the parts department. Dan or something like that, has no communication skills at all. Beacon location is snotty. If you care about customer service go to Newburgh location. Jessica is extremely welcoming and the employees hear you out as a customer and help come to a solution. Oppose to what they do over in beacon. Don’t go to beacon location

Both of my purchases at Healey Ford have been excellent. They are honest and fair. It's a refreshing change from pretty much all my other dealership experiences. I would recommend them to anyone. I am not one to take the time to write reviews unless I am truly impressed so take that for whatever it's worth.

I recently took my Ford escape for periodic servicing, oil change tire rotation etc. The service representative informed me that the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I agreed for that to be done. When I got the bill I noticed that they also replaced the rotors.

Couple days after, while driving on the highway, I heard a sound coming from the wheels, and when I checked there were loose lug nuts on the front and rear wheels. After a couple of attempts I eventually got to the manager, who was attentive to my concerns and got the problem addressed. He had me brought the car in and went over it completely to make sure nothing was missed. He was very apologetic and assured me that put measures in place that this does not happen again.

Sales is great, but the service is terrible. First, shuttle service was scheduled when I scheduled my car for service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me home! Second, I pre-paid for the Silver maintenance plan, and certain things were not performed as they should have been. I caught them and they back pedaled and I had to bring car back for second time.
Also, I mentioned the headlights needed to be adjusted as I believed they were too high. When I got car back, notes stated "Checked head lights low and high beams work. After-market bulbs and wiring. " THAT IS NOT ADJUSTING THE LIGHTS! Also, service guy told me I voided my warranty by changing to HID lights, from Halogen. PURE BULL$#! T! Ever hear of The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act? Look it up!
It takes time to build trust, and only one incident to destroy it!

Where shall I begin? My husband and I were thrilled to look on their website and find the exact Bronco Sport we were looking for. We went in and we were greeted at the door by Chuck. What a sweetheart. The minute we arrived we were instantly comfortable and relaxed, car shopping can be stressful. It was such a pleasant atmosphere and Chuck was so patient and obliging to our every whim. My husband and I have purchased or leased quite a few cars in the Hudson Valley in the last 35 years. Our other favorite dealer is Poughkeepsie Ford in Poughkeepsie. We had a great experience there also. But this place went above and beyond. I rarely leave reviews. I had to leave one after our experience at Healey Ford in Beacon, NY. These guys are on their game. The manager, Chingis Mindin, is the most knowledgeable and kind person you can meet. He presented us with the most thorough bumper to bumper coverage, we need not worry about even a nick in the paint. It was such a relief. Then we sat with Eric Macdonald, in charge of Service. He sat with us and went over all the bells and whistles in our new car. He was so fabulous. They all stayed an hour late for us on a Friday night! I can not say enough great things about the whole experience and each and every person there. If you need a used car or even a special order, Chingis is the person to find it for you. I will be returning for my children's cars and will refer this place to everyone we know. My husband and I are both in the service field and know how rare it is to find people who genuinely care about their customer. This place feels like family. I really enjoyed the whole experience and did not want to leave. What a fabulous group of people. You are not going to find a better car dealership.

From the minute we walked in the door we were treated with kindness, respect and honesty. Our sales rep, Alex, listened to what we needed and was great in recommending options. He explained the vehicles and their options clearly. Managers, Lance and Scott, were friendly and helped out in any way possible. Such an easy process from start to finish!

I highly recommend this car dealership! Lance Aiello is a superb salesman. He help me get a corporate insurance for my new bronco he went way over with a sales person is supposed to do. The dealership spent so much time and effort explaining to me how to navigate my 2022 bronco.

Amazing experience! Galo Quinonez was my sales advisor & he really took the time to go through everything. I stressed it was late on a Friday & I didn’t want to keep anyone from going home to their families. The entire team stayed & we got this beautiful 2020 Edge SEL in my procession! It was brutally cold that night & Galo blessed me with a much needed coffee.
The following day I arrived to pick up my truck & Galo had a coffee waiting for me. Pure class! The entire team made the experience easy & honestly enjoyable. The vehicle is a peach too! This is the second car we purchase with Joshua Santos and as always it’s an amazing experience. Joshua always answers all of our questions. My husband and I have had terrible experience in other dealers in the past. However, working with Joshua in sales and Scott in finance has definitely changed our perspective. Joshua is not pushy and always makes sure his clients are happy every step of the way. This is a place you can trust and know you’re getting the best deal. Not only are they friendly but they are also very fair when you’re trading in a vehicle. Scott’s manager always gets us the best trade in value and we don’t have to sit and try to renegotiate for a better deal because they are giving you the best deal to begin with.
