Incredible inventory of hats and accessories, would be 5 stars but for the terrible customer service. The gentleman that helped me was a bit aloof, but all in all very professional and courteous; however the woman that worked there was downright rude, to the point where I reconsidered making a purchase. Ultimately, I did buy a hat there. The option to try it on and look in a mirror has become a rare experience in the internet age and this kind of brick and mortar store affords that in spades. There inventory is impressive and high quality, and I’m glad such establishments are still around, I just wish this one wouldn’t chase off their own customers with rude service.

I frequent Hatsational quiet frequently and definitely give it 5 stars plus! The selection is far the best you will find for miles around. The music is wonderful along with the most knowledgeable staff. Thank you Hatsational for all your hard work in this beautiful store.

Wow. Very unfriendly store. The older woman at the front snapped at me about bringing a drink in. No problem, I apologized, went outside and threw it out. When I returned my mom was in the midst of trying on a hat she was very interested in. I asked her if she’d like me to take a picture of it from behind so she could see what the back looked like when it was on. The woman at the counter again very rudely snapped at me ‘no photos allowed! ’ We promptly left. My mom loved the hat and was about to buy it but there was no way we were going to give this store our money.

Incredible store with lovely and very helpful employees. A very fun shopping experience where you will find exactly what you are looking for and more.

On a recent trip to Saratoga to enjoy the full horse race experience the concierge at our hotel recommended I shop here for a hat to complete my track outfit.

Who knew so many hats existed! The store is packed top end options and I even got a new jacket on the men’s side.

Everything Hats and more.a unique store to visit right on Broadway. Everybody need a good hat for an occasion. In the sun for the track visit? Lots to choose from. I love the hat light over the counter too. I want one.

Nice accommodation sales staff and wide selection. Some real animal furs used.on hats! I noticed a protester standing outside on Saturday who encouraged us not to buy animal furs. We did not purchase anything on this trip anyway.
