Harbor Freight Tools

This store is located in a shopping plaza. They have ample parking available. The prices seem to be pretty reasonable on most items they carry. They seem to have a bit of everything here. From welding, tools, some kids stuff, lawn care. The staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly. It's bigger than it looks on the inside of the store.

Was a sad day being a side walk sale.there wasn't anything spead out like most stores have for these events.still its a favorite franchise of mine

Lots of great deals especially with coupons. Have noticed that price are going up since they first open here.

I just love this store I want it to the first time two weeks ago has a lot of things I paid for a living a lot of their painting tarps and brushes and everything or wonderful I was a little skeptical about their paintbrush cuz it's a very inexpensive price I've used them twice so far very pleased can't wait to go back again

Great service at this store! I was looking for a side cabinet that was out of stock at my local Geneva store. I called the Auburn store to check stock and Isaiah was happy to check for me. Isaiah and Cooper were the guys working that evening and were very accommodating. I returned some socket organizers from a different store that did not fit my tools well and it was hassle free. They even loaded the heavy box into the back of my pickup for me without my asking them. I appreciate their help, excellent, friendly attitudes, and good customer service. The floor, and bathroom were clean and shelves were neat, faced and well stocked. It's a great place to spend some time and hard earned money. Great selection of cordless drills, etc. Seemed as though they had a better variety than some other stores. I'll definitely return.

I called Auburn NY Harbor Freight on 8/14 inquiring about Super Duty Folding Trailer. They said they have 1. I ask them if they can hold it. They say yes. I say I have to drive 3 hours. They say no problem. I even have them take my name. I get there after 3 hours. They say they sold it. No apologies. I have to arrange childcare and drive 6 hours for what? I am very upset.

Clean, we'll stocked, friendly knowledgeable staff. Had to grab a meter, I forgot mine on an "open" job far from here.

Great selection of tools at very good prices. Hand tools, power tools, automotive, electrical, woodworking. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Will return.

Ashley the supervisor at the auburn plaza NY store was amazing great service. Went above and beyond. I wish I got the name of the guy she was working today but my boyfriend and I want to give him the same compliments. Great service and very patient.

Good place for inexpensive tools. Have alot of do it yourself tools and many others things. Can always find something that will come in handy.

Very clean store with friendly staff. I called about a wet saw and had great service over the phone and when I picked it up the staff was happy, very helpful, and loaded it for me.

A toy store for tool lovers. Lots of surprises, too. Many things available here are cheaper than elsewhere, and some are of lesser quality, but for most of the tools are as high a quality as others more expensive stores sell.

Easy to go in for one thing and end up with 5k things you didn't plan on. Atleast it won't break the bank.

All I can say is that I was very happy to find out that a harbor freight opened near me I have never had an issue with any of the products that I purchased here and their integrity. Knock on wood. Staff is pleasant however it seems every time I go to check out a customer has an issue so a lot of the time I am standing in line longer than it took me to shop

It would be nice if the stores could ship from one store to another. But, we got what we wanted at another store. They saved 1 of the things we were looking for. I like this store.but when looking for my account.couldnt be you d with my name & zip code.

Fun spot for fabricators, or folks needing tools for mechanical jobs. Great place to browse for tools and many other things.

This is one of my favorite hardware stores to shop in. I can always find what I need, quickly and they always have the best coupons/deals. I signed up for their mailers and the app, which has even more savings.

Yesterday I visited my two closest harbor freight locations, canandaigua and auburn. I went to canandaigua first because it is closer, I was looking for their larger capacity dust collector which is apparently hard to come by in store. I happened to catch the manager and he was very short with me and not at all helpful. I tried Auburn and spoke with Joseph, he was very helpful and managed to essentially get one on order for me (which the manager in canandaigua said couldn't be done). If you're ever in the Auburn location and need assistance Joseph is the man to talk to!

Now that they have so many of their own name brand tools. There's not as many good deals as they used to have. You have to hunt and pick them out. Use the app in Play Store (not there own) to find nationwide deals that are good in your local store.

Harbor City Freight had the items that I was looking for.checked out from from places and they didn't da fromthe items and the prices were out of world will keep buying my items from Habor Freight will refer my friends to get the items they need from Harbor Freight

Nice place helpful staff. They carry a lot of odds and ends that often can't be found at other retailers at good prices.

They have a little bit of everything for just about every type of fix, build or repair project.

Store was great very rude cashier that walked around store 5 minutes before store closing to rudely tell people they had to go to front of store and leave some people set the stuff down and walked out of store. Very rude and poorly trained.

First time to Auburn store will be the last. Think the employees should have been trained before opening. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Told the cashier to forget the item reply was ok.
