Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Here’s all you need to know about this place: the therapists are talented and wonderful. The people at the front desk are garbage. The stench from these garbage people is so intense that I cannot tolerate it even for the exceptional therapists I think these may be the worst people in Port.

Oh no. How dreadful. The therapists are absolutely wonderful however, the owner and her staff are incorrigible.

I had previously left a mediocre review but have used the same masseuse now a number of times and always happy.

So, I've only been to the Port Washington location twice, and only for massages. But it was amazing! Joseph has magic for hands; he finds where I'm most tense and works its out gently. If you need a massage where you can relax and feel your pain melt away (not like beat me up and make me sore tomorrow), just come to Hand and Stone in Port Washington.

Took my fiance for his bday and he couldn't stop raving about it. Which we could do this more often the prices are a bit high. Our therapist were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great spa.

Terrible customer service from front desk and getting someone to reply to will or call. It's been months now and still can't access my gift certificates from unused services that was paid during the first few months when covid began.
Seems like they want it to expire after 12 months.

First time there I had a dermal infusion suggested by Olga, the girl that treated me. She was amazing, I loved her and definitely I'm gonna go back.

Did the hot stone massage. Jonathan was a great service provider. The location complied with all CDC guidelines and was very sanitary and ensured all expectations were met to allow a high comfort level

I’m so happy with the services I’ve gotten at this Hand and Stone location. If you’re going for a massage, Dara is AMAZING! I told her to focus on my lower back and shoulders and that is exactly what she did. She also includes some stretches Thank you so much, Dara!

The spa experience is exceptional. James or Kayon take all the stress away! I feel like I am on a vacation each time I have a massage. The staff is friendly and professional beyond expectations.

Love this spa. Everyone is super friendly and the therapists are great. They are staggering appointments during Covid to make it safe. It’s also super clean. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Hand and Stone, Port Washington for several years. I am always extremely satisfied with their services, usually a massage, facial or both! Whoever I deal with including the owner, therapists or receptionist, I am always impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, knowledge and warm welcome. I was very happy yesterday as it was my first visit after being away so long due to the quarantine. I wasn’t worried as this establishment has always been spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the few precautions they have added to keep both workers and clients safe and healthy. We were asked to call from outside to let them know when we arrived. They are being careful about social distancing by having people go straight to their therapy rooms after simply being scanned for fever with a infrared thermometer. Everyone is wearing masks. The therapist thoroughly washed her hands before beginning my fantastic massage. I continue to highly recommend this establishment.

Hand and stone Port Washington is the spa I normally visit because it’s clean and the staff are all very friendly.
Now that they are opened again they have taken so many steps to insure their clients and staff are protected from Covid.
My massage therapist Kaylon, not only made my sore muscles feel so much better. She made washed her hands before and right after my massage.
The sheets and room was so clean you can’t even find a speck of dust!

The massage was very relaxing. My masseuse, Kayon, was for sure the go to masseuse. Especially for first timers or for those who love to go there, Kayon makes sure that the place is comfortable and that the massage is for ur suiting. 50 minutes wasn’t enough for me, I would love to come time and time again.the service and the massage is great.would definitely get more time tho if you come here.it‘a so relaxing and they cater to ur particular needs. And there’s a ramen place next door for ur post massage meals.

I had a hot Himalayan stone massage on Saturday and I felt like the weight of the world was taken off my body. It was wonderful. As soon as you walk in Hand and stone you immediately feel a sense of calm. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. Definitely my new go to place for a massage.

Plenty of parking. Reception area is very nice. Ladies at the front were fine. There was no music in the room which was disappointing. I was told it is being repaired. No candles, no aromatherapy. Had Swedish Massage. It was okay. Nothing special. Actually a little boring. Felt like therapist was going over the same spots with the same movements for too long. I did say something.
Bottom line, I have had massages before, and this was fine but nothing outstanding. Likely will not return.
