The men working there are so weird…
Every time I walk in they never fail to make me feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional people, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Go to Destiny’s instead lol

Was not satisfied with the quality of grey hair products (wigs, weave and drawstring) They were extremely limited. Everything else was in great quantities.

I like it every time I want something for nails or a hair product I find it there is a lot of variety.

Bought a crimper went to use a few days after i bought it noticed the curls wasn’t as tight on one side then i realized it was broken where it connects at the bottom. I didn’t want my money back just to exact for another one of the exact same thing that wasn’t broken it hasn’t even been a week said he’ll give me a discount off a new one I’m not paying more money for something that was broken when i opened it. Won’t be shopping here anymore I’ll take my money back to destiny’s like i was doing before

This store is the largest hair store I've ever visited. It was a bit overwhelming and I could've shopped for hours. If you're looking for a specific brand item, I recommend asking an employee because some products are held behind the counter. I guess this items are easily lifted.

The guys working their flirts alot. I am done going there. It always felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Great product selection but weirdos working there

$250 spent on FAKE bundles. The hair dreaded up within 10 days. I went back to let owner know and he didn’t care. Do not buy bundles there sis!

Hello World, Hair Hair Hair never knew it was so much Hair in the World, until I visited #HairWorld. They have more than just hair. I have so many accessories that I can buy from them and never have the same style each day. The only downfall I say is they play the crazy hip hop thinking that that's what all of us want to hear because their stores located in the hood. So if I have a recommendation for them they should turn their stations often so that people like me can really explore that whole store without feeling like I need to be rushed out the store because I don't want my children to hear a curse word or nasty content and a song because I still have to protect them from the #World. This place has everything. If you're looking for it, they likely have it. If they don't, they'll order it for you.

Vast array of wigs, hair products, utensils, to make me beautiful, nice jewelry, even some shoes & clothes, even have a store across the was for the latest in fashion / street, / workwear, moderately priced, long lines so you will wait a bit.

It's ok.they have lots of products the workers are nice. I just wish check out was quicker but overall it's a nice store.

This place have wigs and accessories that would cost double the price if ordered online. Plan to go back

The building is nice and well stocked
Despite the size of the building I was unable to find any workers to assist me. After waiting for someone to help me at the back of the store for 20 minutes I left and went to another hair store

So many selections. It can be overwhelming. There are many guys that are around to help of you need anything. If you purchase and do nlt use the hair with your receipt u can return the hair. That is a great thing because many places do mot allow that at all. Its like your stuck with the jair if you change your mind. Depending on what you are looking for the prices are vety reasonable sometimes lower than other local beauty supply stores. If you do hair or are looking for many selections. More than likely they have what you need. From lashes to color.

They had what I wanted. Dare to be bald head and scalp treatment. I visited 3 hair care stores some didn't know about it.

I'm not the type to write reviews at all.but if I could give zero stars I would. I went to go pick up some wild growth for THICK HAIR and if you ever brought wild growth before they sale them in a white and a yellow bottle the yellow bottle are for thinner hair the white bottle for thicker hair. I brought two bottles and they tried to charge me $22 for both at first then they dropped it down to $17. I get home and tried to open up the bottle which has a white seal on it.now I've been buying wild growth for over 5 years and it was NEVER that hard to pull off the seal.it was like someone took it off and glued it back together. That was very suspicious to me. I pour the "wild growth" in to my hands and it was VERY VERY VERY water. And wild growth for thick hair is THICK.so they are watering down their products and selling them for more I would NEVER EVER go back to this hair store

Hard to find what I wanted having to dig through the bin of hair they many view as cheap should still be displayed in an easy to reach place

Bought a Creme of Nature hair dye for $8. The Creme color developer and the After color conditioner is missing. Not buying from this store again.

Finally A Store That Let You Return Hair Without Store Credit plus they have alot of options cause it's so huge never seen weave high to the ceiling before.but the downside is they're not knowlegble with the products but they sell it because was asking for a certain type of hair and they all was looking at me like I was crazy.anyway I'm used to it, my co worker from Buffalo just went in the back and got the African American Lady in the storage area she stopped what she was doing and came right out to help me only my second time here but with her It felt like I've been coming here for years I wish I would've got her name but I was in a rush because I was in there past an hour looking for hair Thank You Nice Lady

I love this store I live in Toronto and travel to Buffalo to this store for my hair products I usually get good sales reps to help and yes some aren't the best but I travel to far to let that bother me. In the end I always am happy with my selections and service. I rather spend with then the Chinese sorry not being racist js.
