I wouldn't go back, waste of time and money. I went for a shampoo for fine and foil wrap hair. Marlene B sold me a shampoo for $25.92. Which ruin my hair; it was not meant for foiled wrapped hair. I am out the money, plus hair was cut off due to damage of the shampoo. So, out the cost to repair the damaged hair TOTAL RATIMG 0

I have been here on a number of occasions and am unsatisfied. I tend to prefer walk in appts and the majority of times I kept getting the same stylist because of this. This stylist usually sits at the front desk. When I have gone in for a simple bang trim the bangs were uneven. Recently I stupidly went back and another stylist did my hair. Initially I was happy and thought perhaps I could get a good haircut this time. Wrong! She did not do what I asked which was pretty simple, and she burned my eye lid when she waxed my brows. I was actually embarrassed going out in public after the cut because it was so bad and had to rush home and attempt to fix it. I basically wasted my money on the cut and had to wait for it to grow out a little to go elsewhere to get it fixed. This was the last straw, I will not be back and I do not recommend going there.

Had my hair cut by Carly this morning. She is beyond fantastic! I briefly described how I'd like her to cut it and I think it is the best haircut I've had in years! Better than I expected without a doubt. It's as if she read my mind. I highly recommend Carly.

I am very happy I found Carla at Studio One in Saratoga. She is an expert colorist and stylist. I have challenging hair- thick, wavy, Fizzy. Carla makes my hair look great- Shiny and silky. And I always love the color and highlights.

Walked up about 7 30 on weekday because it says on the website open until 8pm.
Lady at the front desk by front door would not even look at me, and the door was locked

Someone needs to change the hours when they close early like why should people be left guessing? I normally go here all the time I guess the night crew don't really like doing much guess I gotta go to hairmcanix

My son got a hair cut here and it was horrible! I could have and have cut it better than she did. Was not worth the money. I had to bring him over to super cuts to get it recut!

This was my first time coming here. Very pleasant experience. Thank u Savanah for the beautiful job blowing out my hair. Looking forward to coming back soon for color & haircut

Horrible! I had my hair done there. When I called and made the appointment I specifically asked for someone experienced because I have had bad experiences. $165 later I walked out with orange highlights, you can see lines and stairs and none of the highlights are even, if I put my hair up the roots are so bad you can’t even tell I had my hair done, my hair is shorter on the left side by almost 2 inches, she never touched my layers. It’s been over a week I’ve called everyday, sometimes twice a day and am not getting any calls back. I want my money back so I can go get it fixed somewhere else. It’s ridiculous.

The girl that cut my hair, she was blond. She made it super uneven. And I hate it. She did just a dry cut. Ive tried styling it in different ways and it's still uneven

I hate that i have to write this review because I have been going to get mine and my childrens hair cut here since they opened in wilton. My daughter (17) went there yesterday (11/12/22) to get a simple trim, the stylist who cut her hair cut it VERY uneven. Like 1/2 shorter difference on the one side! I called today but apparently NOTHING can be done untill the manager is there in 2 days or the stylest us there in 4 days. So my kid has to walk around with crooked hair or pay the 25 dollars for another hair cut!? ! I get that they prob get paid by the customer but there should be some understanding for a messed up hair cut! The woman i spoke to on the phone was rude as hell! And hung up on me. I will be calling the manager on Tuesday and i will not be going back there. EVER again.

Quick service, friendly staff, a good hair cut, especially for walk in service. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend checking them out.
