I can’t explain how amazing this company is!
We came to NY for vacation and out car broke down the first day. They came out very quickly to tow the car on a Sunday, first they dropped us at our air bnb so we could unload the car. They rushed to fix our vehicle and then even sent someone by the house to pick us up so we can pick up our car! Staff was super nice!

Haines Falls Auto Center helped me out today. I had a damaged tire while traveling alone with my daughter. The shop was very busy. The mechanic got my car in quickly. I am so appreciative of their help, squeezing my tire issue in last minute.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! These guys were absolutely amazing! I'm on a little road trip, my oil light came on. Not knowing much about how to fix the problem myself & not wanting my engine to blow up on me, I brought my car and some quarts of oil to them. Explained the situation. Without any hesitation, they checked my oil, put in 2 quarts for me and didn't charge me. And on top of that, SERVICE WITH A SMILE which you don't always get nowadays.
