Awesome people! Called for advice on what to look out for on buying a used 5 series, and they were more than happy to help!

! DO NOT GO HERE! They are thieves! Go here if you’re ready to pay ridiculous prices for anything really. I went here off a recommendation. I had my check engine light on and brought it to them late July. They popped my hood, told me I need a new belt and tensioner, did an oil change and cleared the engine light. I didn’t question it. That was $546. Two days later it turned back on. Brought it a second time, they said they didn’t check the engine last time. They thought it was something minor and cleared the engine light without telling me. They were like the purge valve needs to be replaced and a smoke test was done. That was $360. They charge $170 an hour for labor. Three days later THE LIGHT TURNED ON AGAIN. Fast forward it’s August 28 and my inspection is almost expired. They’re telling me I need to drive 100 miles then come back. I come back Sept 1 and I fail inspection and but they told me nothing is wrong with my engine. $37 for failed inspection. So I get a temporary inspection then a week passed and I went back for them to check engine and ALL OF A SUDDEN they found the issue. Apparently the purge valve was torn. They said they had to pull the car up and look. I actually asked them to do that a couple of times but they kept telling me nothing is wrong. That was another $140. Now i wait 3 days and get inspection. Sergio charged me $70 for windshield wipers. Told me it wouldn’t pass inspection. Ended up paying $105 for a $27 inspection. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK TO THIS MECHANIC. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOULL REGRET LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!
After driving all the way from Coney Island Brooklyn Ny to service my BMW X6, this place delivers rude service, high prices, and employees that try to steal parts off your vehicle. I returned all the way home to notice that my BMW engine cover was missing from my vehicle. I called and spoke to one person who put me on hold and then eventually hung up on me. After calling back another guy swore that he put it back on as I'm telling him that its impossible for a engine cover to fall off under the hood of a vehicle. Another employee says he found. Meanwhile I'm miles and miles away from there location and not being reimbursed for travel. Once confronting them with that delima I was hung up on once again.
THEY STEAL, ARE OVER PRICED, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The most important thing to me is communication and follow up.

I dropped my vehicle off before they opened. I called mid-morning and Mr. Sergio already checked my engine light situation and gave me a diagnostic update.

He took care of the issue that day. My vehicle is running back to normal.

Also had another issue that fell under my warranty. He called, got the AUTH, and changed the part.

I have a beautiful 2005 VW Beetle convertible. I knew when I purchased it that it needed TLC. As a first time car owner, I was very frustrated with my experiences with professional mechanics who really did not understand German vehicles or what makes a Beetle so unique. My experience with GTS Motors was exactly what I was looking for! They were thorough and patient and explained everything to me and my husband. Highly recommend!

They do good work. I have brought 3 of my cars (BMW) and I'm very pleased. Sergio, the owner, Danny, head mechanic and Pedro are all very polite and knowledgeable. Will continue to bring my cars for service here!

The best knowledgeable mechanic I have ever dealt with. Took my 2007 BMW 530xi there on two separate occasions. First visit was a tune up and repair. Sergio and his mechanics were able to correctly diagnose and fix the issue thereafter the car drove like new. The 2nd visit was regular vehicle and fluid check up which again they all fix. This is the best and only mechanic I would deal with.

Great staff real good knowledge about bmw's great explanation on the problem and the fix and when the job was done they showed me my parts so I really knew what was changed.

Great BMW in-depth knowledge, honest, courteous and reliable. I'm a client for over 25 years and there are many long time clients like me.

Overly expensive labor charge. Might as well go to BMW dealer for service on TPM tire antenna malfunction problem. Charged almost 3 hours labor for 1 hour work.
