Every time I have gotten my Hair done here they did a great job! They can create just about any design, GRÜM'D Barber Shop is personable and always offer a beverage while you're getting serviced. I will always return here for my Hair Cut needs.

If you want a barber that’ll ignore the proportions of the haircut that you asked for and cut everything to the same length then look no further. When I pointed this out, all I got was defensive attitude.
I’ve come here many times and the quality of the cuts have been declining for a long time but this was the last straw. Would not recommend anyone who wants a barber that actually cares about how their clients look to come here.

I have been going to them for over a year now and won’t even let anyone else touch my Hair. I am always going in with a design in mind and they always deliver. The owners are so nice and sweet and they actually talk with you. They always make sure you are satisfied with your hair before you leave. I take pride in my hair and I am always getting compliments on my hair and I always refer people to them because of the great customer service and the great service. I would recommend them every time.

Great neighborhood spot. Excellent attention to detail. Alex is my guy to go here but everyone who works here is excellent. This was a cut they did to perfection.

They just forgot my reservation even though I made it over a week in advance.instead of celebrating a visit to a barber during my vacation in New York, I felt like a slaughter chicken. Instead of the planned 40 minutes, they finished everything in 20. Average effect - for my regular barber in Poland they do it better, but what to expect at such a speed? Chybw, that we have better barbers in Poland than in New York?

Every time I go here I get an amazing haircut! All of the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and talented. I would highly recommend!

Have been here twice and got the hair cut by big Mike. Great guy and did a really good job. Needs to work on his Irish accent though ;)

Best trim of my life and I’ve been to barbers all over the world! Don’t know the name of the barber who trimmed my hair but he needs to take credit! He was the shorter one of the two that were in the shop at the time and he knows I’m from London. Was on the 20th June 4: 50pm of this year. Couldn’t recommend more

David is awesome. Small shop in perfect space near midtown offices. The team is super professional, kind and listen to what you want versus a lot of NYC barbers who listen…then just do the cut they want anyway.

I walked in with a botched fade from another barber shop and Mitch was my saving grace. He cleaned me up and got me out the door looking fresh. Definitely will return. Thanks guys!

I went to this barbershop for the first time last week and had a great experience. Alex is a great barber and takes his time to really give you a great haircut. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed out for the next customer. The vibe of the barbershop is nice. It never feels super overcrowded, and everyone who works there is very personable and will greet you as you come in.

I highly recommend this barbershop and recommend getting an appointment with Alex.

Great shop and prices. Never had a bad cut. But the last two Barbers I used here got axed or quit (two 4 month stints). Sucks I can't go to the same barber on a regular basis.

Alex was so good that he completely changed my hairstyle. My hairs were looking so bad and after the haircut i was looking completely a different person. He had lot of patience and cut each and every hair properly by talking proper time. And most importantly he was super kind and polite.

Made an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting. Taken on time. Mike listened to what I asked for and executed on the money. Will be back.

This is the best barbershop in town. Danny is really good, taking great care of his customers! Not only I got my best haircut from here, but I also had a good time, this barbershop has a good vibe overall. Definitely coming back.

Update: I had my hair cut by Alex, who's a new barber, and he did a great job! He's very meticulous and cares about his customers, I totally recommend him!

I’ve recently moved into the area and have been shopping around for a barber. I’ve been going to Andy for a couple months now and am relieved to have come across this shop.
