Excellent experience. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting acupuncture and I was anxious. From the moment I entered the treatment room I realized I was in the right place, with a caring practitioner, and a soothing atmosphere. Receiving acupuncture itself was not painful at all, and in fact, after the needles were inserted, and I had time alone in the room, I managed to practice a 20 minute meditation. I left my appointment feeling encouraged that I would finally be able to achieve relief from my pain. I will be continuing my treatment there and look forward to my next appointment.

I saw Dr Romano today for the 1st time. He was very thorough in his review & discussion of my issue & medical condition. Explained each treatment & adjustment before hand & continued to check my status during the entire visit. Was very easy to get a follow up appointment. The front desk staff was very cheerful & helpful with insurance info. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone searching for compassionate & quality care!

With me my back goes out when it goes out and I can always get in to see someone within a day to fix me up. They are very knowledgeable. I contacted this office after a motor vehicle accident seeking chiropractic services. The woman I spoke to asked how soon I needed to be seen and of course I said ASAP as I was in a lot of pain. She took my information and said the office manager would contact me the next day. I called near the end of the next day and was told they had my info but the person who contacts no-fault insurance for authorization wasn’t in today, they’d call me ASAP next day to schedule. Never called me back. I wasted several days in pain awaiting their call too before I found a different provider. Not recommended as they don’t seem interested in onboarding new patients (or their administration is a mess). Either way.

Dr Italo is a great chiropractor. I started with 3 visits per week, now I go once a week.
The office staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Doctors and staff are very friendly. I was extremely hesitant to go to a chiropractor as I've heard mixed reviews. I had terrible lower back pain and was scared this would make it worse. The doctor didn't do anything I wasn't comfortable with and talked me through the whole process. I will definitely be going back!

I have always found relief under chiropractic care. When the practice that was helping me no longer accepted my health care plan, I stopped receiving care for quite a while and when my lower back pain got worse, I knew that I needed to find another practice closer to where I live. Through reading so many positive reviews of Goshorn Chiropractic, I made an appointment and was seen by Dr. Pierce who gave me a thorough exam. I began treatment and I am very happy so far with the results. Dr. Pierce is very knowledgeable, professional and also very caring. I am so glad that I am now under her care and look forward to continued positive progress.

Dr. Chuck is a highly skilled chiropractor and an even better person. He has helped me limit and mostly eliminate my ongoing pain from a high school back injury. He cares about his clients and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend him!

There has been three different instances that I needed some "emergency" chiropractic work done as I had hurt myself pretty good. One I was folded over and couldn't stand up straight, another I had pulled my neck pretty good and today I had pinched a spot in the middle of my spine. Each of these times, they fit me in that day super last minute and got the issue taken care of.

That first instance I wasn't even a patient with them and they still prioritized getting me in and taken care of.

Very professional and kind. Each chiro I've seen has been wonderful and so have the people at the desk. 11/10 recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Hill at Goshorns for a couple of years now for all my neck and back issues. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me get through some very difficult and painful problems. Staff is great and and friendly and I highly recommend Goshorns for their multiple services they have.

My experience was excellent, from entry to exit, on the first day Dr Pierce helped me a lot because I have been having a lot of pain in my shoulder and right hip, when I left the Clinic I was able to move my shoulder back without screaming, today I woke up I put my feet on the floor and walked normally without so much hip pain, no one can imagine how many times I complained about pain to my doctor, how many tests I did, anti inflammatory drugs, pain medicine, etc. I've already taken it because I can't stop working, I highly recommend this Clinic and I am also looking forward to the second appointment, only those who feel pain knows the value of such a treatment. I have been to Goshorn for Shape and Contour before. Now, I scheduled a necessary chiropractor appointment with Dr. Pierce. I absolutely felt comfortable with her. She was not rushed and took her time to listen to my complications I was having and was extremely professional. I just made 4 more appointments and can't wait to feel my improvements.

This is a terrific office from the front to the back. We've been going there for years. Dr Goshorn is warm and caring, he feels like family! It always amazes me that he knows exactly where I'm hurting. I walk out feeling great.

Dr. Goshorn and Dr. Hill both have fixed mine and my husbands backs and necks and were so great. Dr. Goshorn also has been helping my medically complexed child weekly for about the past two years. I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his staff. They are all so friendly and it's the only appointment that my son loves going to! Dr. Goshorn was able to stop my son from puking (all day, everyday) and was able to get him to sit unassisted at the age of two! He's now almost four and on his way to walking, all thanks to Dr. Goshorn!

From Sarah who helped me check in to verifying my insurance coverage and Dr. Hill who did my adjustment/evaluation; all were friendly, professional and welcoming.

Staff very friendly, very helpful. I have never had wait more than a few minutes. Dr. Goshorn makes you feel relaxed, even when you are in great pain. You always leave with exercises if you need them and appointment made if you need to continue. Sometimes, days, weeks or months as your body heals. Stress can hurt your body as much as an injury. I would highly recommend him as a one time or on going chiropractor.

I have been working on some issues for a while. The nature of my job and the lack of actual employee resources has taken a toll on my body. Today, I can say My quality of life is significantly better than when I started receiving treatment at this practice a couple of years ago. Hands down, the best chiropractic office in the Rochester (Webster) NY area! Not only do they help with my back and neck pain, they address me as a whole person. Dr. Hill has prescribed exercises that have improved my quality of life, my mobility, and reduced my risk of further injury. He has given me advice on exercise equipment, how to set up my workspace, and recommended sources for good nutrition, and lifestyle changes that have dramatically improved my overall health. The goals of this doctors in this practice are geared toward improving their patient’s quality of life to the extent that the patient can reduce how much intervention they actually need. Shouldn’t all medicine work this way?
