SCAMMERS! During a ny inspection they told me I needed my brakes changed, complete lie and a common scam carshops use. The dunn tire and mavis nearby and the firestone on maple do the same scam and many more. My brakes literally had less than 5,000 miles on them and brakes can last in some cases 80,000 miles, these people are pos and so are the people at DUMB TIRE AND MAVIS SCAMMERS

They called me last week to cancel and reschedule my car inspection appointment that I made online. They said their computer system overbooked and they didn’t have people staffed for my appointment. Okay, weird that your online system allowed that then? But okay, schedule a new appointment for me then. They confirmed and scheduled me for December 5th. I came in today and they once again, denied me and said I did not make the appointment. They told me it wasn’t their problem and to call corporate. Been on the phone to tell corporate how horrible that experience was. I’ll never go here again. Very rude and very unprofessional. How do you make 2 appointments only to apparently not have? Ignorant. I have photo proof of my first original appointment.

I just stopped in for advice and information on tires. Really nice guys willing to take the time to inform me. I appreciated and got educated on tires.

I spent over 1k on a new set of tires and now one tire isn't retaining air. Called to ask if I could take a quick look and they said they are booked solid foe two weeks. This is a real safety issue for me. I call BS on this one.

Honestly I love Goodyear tires, always had them but this is the first time I’ve gone to this location bc I’m new in the area. I needed quite a few services like new brakes, tires, alignment, oil change. I honestly was expecting this to take a while so I was full on expecting to get my car the next day however they had it ready in 5 hours which is AMAZING. The pricing is fair and all the staff were so nice and friendly. This is definitely my go to spot from now on.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1: 00. Told my wife it would be a few hours and thye told her she could go wait outside in the rain. Luckily Chili's is across the street, she comes back almost 2 hours later and they haven't even pulled her truck into the bay yet, then they tried to tell her she had the wrong truck. Like she doesn't know her own vehicle. Ridiculous!

Complete rip-off… while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, watched 4 people “fail” their inspection, 2 for “bad wiper blades”. Charge $200/hour for labor. Told to come in first thing and I’d be out in a couple hours. 5 hours later was still waiting. Of course while they were repairing my truck, they found multiple other things they can fix if I wanted to bring it back the following week.

Great service and friendly people. Price is very reasonable and they did our tire check so quickly! Highly recommend.

Beware! Last July 2021 my husband brought his car there for an annual inspection. The mechanic told my husband he needed brakes and the ones on the car would probably last about 2 weeks. My husband who is very conscientious and knowledgeable about taking care of his car refused the mechanics offer of new brakes. Today July 28,2022 after the annual inspection he received a “clean bill of health” with no mention of faulty brakes. He has been riding with the same brakes for a year with still no indication of needing new ones.
This was a perfect example of a dishonest mechanic and unfortunately one who gives mechanics a bad name.
I would caution Goodyear management that if this mechanic is dishonest with customers, he might be just as dishonest with his employer.

Absolute joke of a shop. Ordered 4 tires online and scheduled the appointment for a week out. Dropped off the car and then an hour and 15 minutes later they call and state that they don’t have the tires in stock

They were great. I was on a road trip getting back on the road the next day and they were able to schedule me in within a few hours.

Scheduled an online appointment for the June (29) promotion for a "Good" oil change (conventional oil) and free tire rotation for 21.99 + tax. Got to the shop and the counter person told me this service was not available. (blamed it on Valvoline) but it was still advertised on the website. Told me my next price wise option was 55.99 + tax which is what he charged me (when it was also advertised in the promotion online for 45.99). Would not do business with them again and will not recommend this business to others.

I want to say Thank you to The team at Goodyear at 7128 Transit Rd! Jeff and Cary really went above and beyond to help me. Customer service is a dying service, but not with these guys. My truck had a bunch of issues going on and couldn’t pass inspection. They helped me get everything fixed, and didn’t Gouge my checkbook! I can’t say enough good things about them!

Had an emergent situation. Blew a brake hose an hour from home. These guys got me right in -even though it was end of day- and stayed late to make sure I got home. Stand-up group of guys. Thank you.

Great customer service! Was taken care of by a great store manager Rachel Kedzierski. Got me in and out quick and efficiently.

I called in the morning and they were able to take mine right away. They told what needed to be fixed and what was not necessary for inspection. The next day I was able to bring my husbands car in and they fixed his car just the same. Very fast and felt I wasn’t taken advantage of like I usually am at a car repair shop. They even sent someone to my house to pick up tires to put on my husbands car since he had the snow tires on still. Would highly recommend for all your car service needs!
