The real reason this store is successful is due to the diligent leadership of Kurt Bey. He guides the business to the standard you’d expect from a legacy company such as Goodyear.

Sure, other places may charge $5 less for an oil change, but, there is certainly non-monetary value with a vehicle being serviced by the same professionals year after year.

Stopped in today to get a tire looked at after picking up a large screw. I’m from out of town and needed to drive 8 hours home the next day. The store manager, Kurt Bey were extremely helpful, to say the least. Although the shop was extremely busy, Kurt and his crew was able to manage their workload and get my vehicle looked at in a reasonable amount of time. Kurt and his team were very professional and I highly recommend this Goodyear location!

The service I received was top notch. Kurt, the store manager was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I originally scheduled my appointment online for a completely different location but despite my mistake he got me in same day and had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location!

Quick and easy made an appointment availability next day. Got my breaks done tires rotated/ balanced and an oil change. Didn’t even take that long! I’m very happy with the work done and price 10/10 will be back again.

My car started leaking brake fluid on a Saturday morning. Kurt Bey, the manager got me in right away and fixed multiple problems. I got my car back the same day and didn’t have to loose any work time
He really went above and beyond in courtesy, professionalism and service.

Wow is all i have to say! Kurt was absolutely excellent! I had drove over a nail and my day was ruined! Kurt went above and beyond to help me out with my situation! Overnight shipped my tires in due to the odd size and put them on the next day! Kurt also was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the tires! I would recommend to anyone!

Kurt Bey, the store manger on The Transit Rd in Depew store, is the kindest gentleman. I made a mistake and scheduled at the wrong GoodYear, despite him being so busy, he fit me in for a car inspection! Now that is customer service and he was so kind and accommodating. I sincerely appreciated his kindness towards me, as a customer. GOODYEAR is lucky to have you represent their company! I highly recommend coming here.

I live nearby, this is my go to place for my oil changes. Staff is always helpful and professional. I normally quoted a 2 hour walk, even after making an appointment and usually walk out after 45 minutes. In the photo, is the seating area. Pre-covid they have coffee and more bottled water.

Came in with a problem that i couldn't figure out, took my car in quick found the problem within half an hour. Fixed my car just as fast if not a bit later, but left the shop very satisified. Workers were amazing, best customer service i've had yet!

Been coming here for a while and always have great customer experience. New management is great couldn’t ask for better people to work on my car.

Kurt was extremely helpful and kind when I brought my car in for a tire change. I had to show up a few minutes late and Kurt was so nice about it and explained everything they did to my car in detail so I was able to understand. I highly recommend this place and will continue bringing my vehicle here!

I had a flat and needed a new tire after shopping at a nearby store. I went to this Goodyear Service Center without an appointment. When I got there it looked busy but the new manager, Curt, said that he would get me in as fast as possible. He was very friendly and helpful. Come to find out after the tech looked at my tire, I just needed a repair. They also informed me that my inspection was one day over due. I had completely forgotten about this. I asked if they had time to do that and Curt said, Yes, no problem. I am very happy with the service. It only took a little over an hour wait. I would highly recommend this store.

Great service, great store! Always a pleasure to deal with Kurt and Cardell, they are the best at what they do. I have all my repairs done at Goodyear, Lexus, Avalanche, my trailer servicing they do it all. Courteous, consistent, excellent! I have an issue they take care of me. I’ve always been in the Goodyear family for years, thanks again for all you do you are the best

Kurt and Cardell are great! They took very good care of my car and were professional and upfront about what was wrong with it. I'm very grateful to them as West Herr Hyundai tried to rob me of over $600 last week. Thanks guys!

I got my oil changed and tires rotated, the new store manager Kurt and his service manager Cardell were awesome, best customer service i’ve had in a long time, for real. I’ll come back to this location for everything as long as they stay there.

Staff are friendly and great service. Went to check tire leakages as TPMS was showing low indicator, they checked the tires thoroughly and explained the issue clearly and adjusted the pressures.

Overall great experience. Extremely friendly staff all around. Pricing was fair and staff very accommodating after I had originally misunderstood some of the services that were offered to me. The manager, Kurt worked with me to come to a resolution which was so greatly appreciated. Would recommend for future work.

Was told that there were issues with online scheduling and they were already booked, but Kurt said he'd get me in. I was in and out much sooner than was told. A+ service.

Update, called Firestone and they made me a same day appointment no excuses or bs and they had better prices! So to those of you who don’t want the run around just to be charged more do yourself a favor and call Firestone to begin with and save yourself the aggravation.

Very disappointed with this location right now as they would not honor my online appointment. I was offered no explanation as to why they were unable to accommodate me just that they would not be able to. What’s the point of an online appointment if it isn’t honored? I guess I’ll be avoiding Goodyear for the foreseeable future. They didn’t even offer to get me accommodated by checking other Goodyear locations nearby to see if they were able to take me in. I would give this place 0 stars goodbye Goodyear!

This place is really top notch. Beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Workers were all very nice. I have been to many other Goodyear locations over the years and I can honestly say this location is far the best! Employees do quality work and just don't show up for a paycheck like many other places.

This place is AMAZING! Genuinely good people that are trying to help and give the best service they can. I had made an appointment after being told by another place I needed new tires. While waiting, though, Jim personally came to me to while I was waiting in Wegmans and explained I did not need to spend xxx amount of money on new tires and only needed a rotation. Truly good people and are not after the money at all. 10/10 would recommend!
