Disappointed and frustrating experience here today. Ordered and prepaid for four new tires online through the Goodyear site. Arrived at my appointment today and gave the guy on the counter my order number; he replied that there was no order in the system and then spent the next 10 mins telling me that ‘I should have come into the store and ordered the tires directly from them as the online ordering system here doesn’t work. ’ (Apparently the online system doesn’t relay the order to the store.) I finally got my tires installed on my car after being asked again to repeat the order number to the service manager with a copy of my online credit card payment. I’m surprised how disorganized the process was. Unpleasant experience for what should have been a routine replacement of tires w/o hassle. To Goodyear’s credit their customer service dept was very good when I called. Thank you.

I have been going to this Goodyear for quite some time. I have to commend Olsen for his customer service with my situation. I’ve done business with him many times and he is very professional, honest, & trustworthy. He is a valuable asset to this company. You don’t see many people going above and beyond anymore, & he is one of the few who will. Thank you Olsen!

This Good Year saved me. It was 6: 15 on a weekday and they stayed late and gave me service with a handsome smile. A nail annihilated my tire and I needed to get home safely. They provided great advice as well. I’m a fan.

Kevin and his team are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. Their prices are better than most places. I recommend them to my friends and family who feel the same way as I do.

My tire had a gash and an air bubble and I needed a new tire ASAP. My dealership was out of stock for my specific tire, these guys were only 5 minutes away, had my exact tire and installed it quickly. Also got my state inspection done meanwhile. Quite a perfect experience

I'll leave a proper post in a few years when my oil change is finally done. One star for the guy trying his best to keep his cool at the front desk even though it isn't his fault.

Worst place to go if you're in a rush but they barely had any customers no excuses. I the marvel cinematic universe will end by the time this is finished.

Installed 4 new tires and after one week one tire start leaking from the rim area. Looks like the service guy is doing terrible job. So, I made a new appointment and the issue was resolved. The second issue came after one year. I discovered a bulb on sidewall of tire. No any visible damage outside on the rim and tire. Made appointment again with manufacturer defect request. The owner told me this is not a defect. This happened due to road pothole damage and not covered by manufacturer. OK. I paid for a new one. Next day I noticed big dis-balance on that tire when moving over 50 miles speed. Came to this terrible business again with that complaint and was told that they can’t balance my tire because the rim has a dent. They couldn’t show me that dent and it is not visible. Why you didn’t inform me that my tire was not balanced correctly after you replaced it? Looks like they installed defective tire again and do not want to replace with good one. At this situation I will never ever use Goodyear brand and this dealer. Terrible service, terrible manager and terrible technicians at this location!

I went to Goodyear for 4 new tires. They got me in and out quick without an appointment. The store manager Kevin got my car in immediately. John, Victor and Denis got my car done quickly.

Been using this place for a while, i will say they are very professional. I had no issue with any services done on my cars. Thanks guys.

Showed up looking for service, requested appointment was told online, could not book appointment for me

Took 3 trips+ to install the tires correctly.
Had Good Year install 4 tires.found 3 out of 4 tires slowly leak. Went back and waited 2.5 hours to seal the sides to repair, then found the tires are not balanced, went back again and waited 1.5 hours to rebalanced the tires. Don't know what else may come after this.really below standard. However, the staffs are nice and helpful.
9/26/18 update: one of the tire still leak after all 3 trips to this shop. I am very tire with this deal and yet still need to go back to fix the problem.
2/4/19, had been filling a leaking tire with air every week to avoid to go back to the shop but took it back to have it fix today anyway, hope this leaky tire holds air this time.
12/22 update, still have leak on one tire and has been filling air when the pressure sensor alarmed. Too tire to deal with this shop, I will not go back to Goodyear for anything. I recommend the wholesale club for tires, much more professional and easy to deal with when it comes to problems.

This place is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! Johnet was so helpful! And they did a really great job! Johnet was patient and listened with all my questions. Will definitely be back again!

Let me first say that if you come here and speak to Jhonet at the front desk, that he will take great care of you and do everything in his power to make sure that you leave satisfied and car is taken great care of. I cam here with literally no thread left on my tires and the guys at the shop were kind enough to squeeze me in to make sure I get back on the road safely with the proper tires on my vehicle. If you looking for a clean location with kind workers. This is the location that you want to go to. Best Good Year that I have ever been to. Thank you to the best guys!

Super professional and nice! I had a bad blow out on the highway and was towed to them. They actually stayed open after hours to help us and they had us back on the road in no time. Cant thank them enough!

Olsen Dumond of the Jericho Center 0857
is a tremendous asset to Goodyear. Olsen corrected an error a new employee made a few days before and properly refunded me for a tire replacement on a warranty I was due. He was polite, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He is definitely management material, if he is not a manager already. He is the type of human resource that Goodyear needs to promote up through the ranks. Thank you Olsen! A very satisfied customer Gary Hayden.

The staff here is great. I got a flat tire close to their shop right before they closed and they kept the shop open past closing to wait for me to get my car to their shop. They then set me up with a new tire. They know their tires!

I have had a few cars of my own and my family serviced here. I have had no problems with tires, shocks and struts, diff fluid changes, and other checks and such. The one thing that I have had issues with far to many times on all my cars is alignments. They just can't get the steering wheel to be in the proper position when driving straight. It's either a little to the left or a little to the right.

Dennis was an absolute best! I came at the shops closing time and this sweet man stayed after hours just to help me! Thankful that there are such good people in the world! Excellent customer service:)

Called ahead, told them wife needed a tire patch but needed to be out in an hour.he said yes.wife gets there and he says 2 to 3 hours wait.wasting everyones time.they do not give straight answers.so how can you trust their work

The tech working on my car owns a camaro zl1 so I feel very comfortable bringing my camaro over there was returned the same way not a single scratch will be going back for future work thanks guys - Justin

If you were going to be charged $149, wouldn't you want to know PRIOR to that service? Just like the man in front of us who kept repeating "PLEASE CALL ME BEFORE YOU DO ANY WORK" - the employee never called us and upon picking up the car we were charged additional $149 for diagnostics (plenty of other auto shops don't charge as I found out later). The guy also could have given me a heads up when I dropped off the car and mentioned the warning lights. Left a very nasty taste in my mouth.

Long waiting time to change tire even on a Monday afternoon. 1 to 2 hours. They would only sell me a tire if I paid cash. But if I mount the tire I can pay any way I like. Not a policy to help customers. Took my tire and left fast.

More than a tire store. I was very surprised on how knowledgeable everyone was about auto problems. To identify And correct.

We always used the Goodyear in Commack. Scott from Goodyear is a great amazing mechanic who used to be located in the Commack location, but unfortunately he was moved to the Jericho location and We followed him there because of we trust the work he does on our vehicle & how awesome he is. Me & my family appreciate his work so much!

I go there all the time they are great except I have had issues with the service man at desk he is very nasty today as I walked by he was yell at a employee there I don't know how anyone could put up with him surprise you are able to keep employees

I have been to this Goodyear many times. I have always gotten excellent service and work, at good prices. I’m so happy Goodyear is in the car fixing business.

I had an estimate from a gas station mechanic to replace a broken oil filter fixture for about $400, but Goodyear did it for $170.

My girlfriend says to write this review because she felt so compelled by the excellent customer service that was provided. She accidentally booked an appointment with the wrong location but they took her on her appointment time anyway! John and Sean were courteous, friendly, and most importantly professional.

Let me just add, that a week before, we came over to have someone take a look and Johnny the tech, made a real honest effort to help diagnose the issue and he was spot on! He did *not* push a sale on us.

They made us feel confident that we were being treated fairly. It is honestly refreshing to find a place as good as this.

If it weren’t for one of the talented team here I would have been riding on two very older tires on a brand new car to me. The two dealerships certified the vehicle and all missed it. Thank you Goodyear.

Reliable work with very reasonable prices. My dad was looking to repair our car after we noticed turning was clunky. We first went to a dealership, which told us it would cost between $4,000 and $7,000 to repair. They gave us a list of specific reasons, and tried to scare us by saying it would fail its annual inspection unless we had these problems fixed. We were thinking of just trading in the car for a new one, but decided last-minute to get a second opinion from Goodyear. The store manager, Dennis, spent the morning inspecting the car, and told us the car was in good condition; there was just a slow leak in the steering oil pump. They ordered the replacement part over the weekend and had the car fixed and ready for pickup by Monday afternoon. The total cost was just $340, and the car has been running smoothly ever since. Honest people working here; very refreshing to see.

I had to drop my car off because I had a nail in my tire. They fixed my tire for free! I will not go anywhere else for my future tire and car maintenance needs.

I order two tires, came in and was told I can't come in today after 5 pm. I ask what time do you open 7: 00 am, I ask when can I set appointment at 7 am, he said in two weeks. I will buy my tires elsewhere. Very rude the blonde guy thinking he a manager. Your hours say your open at 7 am not 8: 30 am, very unprofessional. I guess good year of Hickville, NY did not want me as a customer. I called Commack NY Good Year they will service my car at 7 am, you lost a customer.

The store manager Dennis Smith is the kindest person I've come across in a while. Sunday after Thanksgiving, first snow of the season, my wife & kids in the car, and I broke the driver side windshield wiper blade during the heaviest part of the downpour, driving to get on I-495. After searching for a gas station for 20 - 30 minutes, I was very happy to see that the Good Year store was open on a Sunday. Dennis found a matching wiper blade in his inventory, came outside to install it in the falling snow, and then declined my attempts to pay for it, saying it felt good to see my family happy. We were all floored by Dennis's kindness. Thank you, Dennis! And I will keep my promise to get my next set of tires from Good Year. Best of luck!

Had a flat tire on the way to NJ for the holiday weekend. I already knew I had an appointment another day at a different Goodyear but my tires didn't want to wait. We were greeted by Jimmy who was very friendly! Reminded me of one of the Car Talk guys!

Anyways, my wife and I informed them that we would be picking up the car after hours on Sunday since we were coming home late. We were assured by Jimmy and Jamie on the phone, that they will leave the car outside as we have a spare key and I would get the key Monday during lunch.

We showed up Sunday night to see my car was still locked in the garage. We were stranded. Had to book a hotel because my wife and I needed our cars to get to work in the AM and home was over an hour away.

After expressing our displeasure with Joe, he apologized for the error and made it right by providing a few free oil changes. He stated that there were some vehicle break-ins in the parking lot behind them and wanted to protect the cars. Now, if we were informed of this issue when it happened, we would have made other arrangements as opposed to showing up to find the car in the garage with no warning. Communication is key and this simple error was a huge inconvenience for us.

We love Goodyear and hated that after spending $700 on tires, alignment, and inspections, that we had this issue. I am very happy that Joe made it right but still left a bit of a sour taste. Tires look good though!

Dennis is the absolute best in the business! The knowledge this man has is off the charts! He takes the time to fully explain what the problem is and help you understand it the best way that he can. He is an absolute asset to the Goodyear company and should be applauded for it. The master technician, Mike Johnson is a close 2nd, and a hell of a golfer from what I'm told. The two of them together is a winning combination! Great people, great service everytime I bring my vehicle to them! They are the only ones I trust with my car. Hands down, the BEST in the business!

This is the best location when you need repairs. Have been coming here since I had an emergency repair needed about 9 years ago. It was near where my office was originally located. I needed new tire and wheel and was towed here. (Pothole on Wantagh Pkwy got me!) They gave me a good price on the tires I normally use and gave me a lift to the office as well. Today I came in with another unscheduled problem. An easy repair - maybe 45 min at worst-but it was only a couple of hours until closing on a Saturday and they would have to order the part to boot. But knowing that the part could break while I was driving, they wedged me into the schedule if I was willing to wait. Of course I would. They have a large waiting area with 8 chairs. TV with remote.limited Dish channels but still decent assortment. A keurig machine with a few choices of k cups and a fridge with milk, water. Also at least 1 outlet to charge your device. Staff very professional, courteous. Always explain your car troubles and provide clear estimates. Way to go Goodyear.

Great technician with thoughtful heart, i had a flat tire and i walked in 20mins before they closed. Cashier told me to come back tomorrow because they are closing soon and the technician just come and get my key and do it for me. He was super nice and made my day from a bad experience at mavis where i went before i headed to Good Year! Thank you so much for your help good year at jericho!

I drive 15 miles to go to this Goodyear, even though I have several right in my neighborhood that are much more convenient. I have known the manager for years and trust him 1000% with my cars. Dennis, the manager, is honest, reliable, always takes the time to explain what's wrong, and does his best to work with me on the prices. Would never go anywhere else.

DO NOT have brakes done here! I had a complete brake job (pads & rotors) done here in August on my sons car. He took it from the shop to school in Delaware. When he picked it up he complained that the entire car was pulsating when he brakes. Less then 4 months later I had to get new brakes. I would not risk going back to have it re-done. Its for my son's car, I'll take the hit. If it's tire's you need, then this place is fine.

Easy to see right off of North Broadway servicing Hicksville and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.
