Golden Arrow Car Wash & Detailing

One of the workers (bald dude) yelled at me accusing me of speeding through the car wash, saying “you know how long it’s gonna take to dry this? ” And left my car still wet. There wasn’t even much water on it. The other worker at the entrance told me to put the car on drive since their machine wasn’t working, and I asked “do I still put it back to neutral” and he ignored me. I didn’t even press on the gas. Like you’re getting paid to dry cars, not to disrespect the customers. I could dry it myself much better than that lazy bum at the car wash did. Terrible service today

They do a fantastic job with the spruce up service. You are selling your car short if you get the basic car wash without interior service. I would absolutely trust them with my car for detail service, though I have not tried them for that.

Amazing! I went skydiving last summer. This was to get the wife to try something different. After being hesitant, she loved it. Staff was excellent

Bought the pass and have the cleanest cat in town. Staff is always helpful to the people who can't figure out how to pay and hold up the lines.

Today I went to this establishment to get my car washed and “detailed” when I get my car I thought they did a good job until I’m waiting for a friend I see there was crumbs still in the seat scuffs on the doors, dirt on the dash board and back dash, popsicles sticks under the seat and other things. I paid 41 to get the inside clean I wasn’t expecting to still have to vacuum and wipe down my car. The rags i used where brand new! This is what it looks like after I cleaned out the car that they was suppose to clean! Also posted products i used to clean all the visible places they missed. Terrible service I don’t recommend. Was "d a $125 by 1 person when I came back to pick up the vehicle a different guy wanted $185. When I questioned him he stated he did such a good jood job. What does this have to do with my original quote. Also, he broke my radar detector bracket and offered no compensation. Guess I should be happy he told me he broke it. Never again!

It was quick but my car was still a bit dirty. I got the Big Boss wash but it was ok they could do better.

They broke my windshield but claimed they had video proving otherwise. Refused to provide it despite repeated requests. Refused to provide insurance information.

My wife recommended this service. As much as I hate to admit that my wife is occasionally right. (LOL) It was simply the best personal vehicle interior/exterior car wash that I had in years! The team/staff were courteous, professional, taking meticulous care for inside auto issues (sometimes we turn the car into moving trash can). I travelled 35 miles to patronize this business. Worth the travel. The price was more than reasonable, easily offsetting the cost of gas. This is my go-to car servicing place.

The lady at the front of the bay was very rude the gentleman had an attitude while he was fixing a broken vacuum cleaner they told me they don’t clean dog hair I agreed but there was dust and dirt all over the dash and on my radio screen did a horrible job was not worked $42 and a hollered at me and we’re very rude… I understand I was on the phone but they were very rude

Not sure what happened to this place. Looks like new owners came in, gave the place a little facelift, installed new touch screens out front and hiked the prices way up. New workers do not even try to give the impression that they want to work or care about your car. Not worth it anymore

These guys are awesome. I go frequently for my fleet. Everyone seems to really put their heart into drying and shining up my cars as if they were their own.
I highly recommend this car wash.

The guys were real nice, the car is clean, and the price is what I expected to pay. I'm not a fan of their scent options though. Cherry, lemon, or new car. I got the cherry, but it reminds me of medicine.

First time ever having my truck washed here. They don't pay any attention to the bed. I paid for the top wash with the hot wax coating, and there was some snow on my truck and in the bed. After the was I inspected the truck and everything looked good, nice and clean and spot free with the hand toweling they do at the end, except for the bed. There was streaks of pink and ice and snow still in the bed, like it was never rinsed out. Aside from not ringing the bed out it was a good job, so they get 3 stars.

The staff were friendly, and the exterior of the car was done well. However, the interior service was below my expectations. I went home to clean it myself. The front and back seats were vacuumed well, but the trunk of my small suv was not vacuumed at all. The inside of my car doors weren't wiped down either (definitely not in the back and if the front was done, it was spotty). The center of my console still had debris in it.
I had been to this car wash several times last year, but it seems that it may have different owners now. The packages on the website don't appear to match the packages in store. However, it isn't clear at the store what is included in the packages, so I may have misunderstood when they verbally told me what was included.

The worst car wash I've ever been to. The brushes didn't even touch the sides or back of my vehicle and my car was still very dirty when I drove out. What a waste of time and money. If you want a clean vehicle go somewhere else. A big ripoff

Excellent service and a very clean car interior! I brought my wife's (a.k. A mom-mobile) in for detailing and was impressed! Antonio was professional and turned a mess of a car into brand new one. I would never have thought the outcome would be what it was and I am still in awe of the detail that went into this cleaning. I would highly recommend and will be back again!

Extrordinary! JR and Christian are phenomenal! & the waiting area is immaculate - including the Restrooms AND Air conditioned with a television for your viewing pleasure!

Update: Bought a 2+1 Card with Interior Cleaning but surprised that they are under a new management and new business name: WASH BOSS CAR WASH.
The new management is having issues accepting the 2+1 card I bought last month, thus will bring this review down to 2 stars until they fix this issue.
They are still the best option price for a Exterior and Interior Car Wash in the Area but they are no longer offering some 2+1 promo cards.

Quick car wash with interior cleaning for just a cheap price. Great to have your car clean inside + hot wax car wash at least once a month. Definitely will go here once a month.

The car wash itself was a good price and pretty well done - $38 for interior and exterior with towel dry. I waited for about 30 minutes just to drive in, then another 30 for them to finish the interior, then finally it went through the main car wash. Interior waiting area was a bit run down. Probably won't visit again just because of the 30 minute wait with one car ahead of me, it seems they had only two people cleaning interiors, so one car at a time. This was on a weekday at 4 pm.

A terrible experience! Was supposed to be detailed yet it looked like it barely been vaccumed or wiped down on the inside. Won't be going back there!

Tried to trap me in the car wash. Staff made me so uncomfortable and when I declined my car wash they begged me to stay.staff followed me alongside my car while in reverse. It was terrifying

It didn't really clean my car all that well. The front was still noticeably dirty. Not very satisfied for the Silver level wash I paid for

Guy gave me Attitude today, didn't want to remove my Large Business Magnets before he sprayed my car.
They always removed them before without being asked and handed them to me.
NOT a good experience today!

Been going for years but service has fallen off. Paid for car to be dried and left with it still wet. Had to use wipers to see.

The employees were very friendly and easy to talk to. They all smiled, were very polite, and easy to get in contact with, so I really wanted to like them. The price was $15 more in person than the website or inside. I'm sure 99% of it was a job well done, but if I'm paying $180 to have my car detailed, I don't expect to see accumulated hair on the e-brake or a dead fly on my dashboard when I get my car back. I keep my car fairly clean as it is, so I'll likely go back to cleaning it myself after this experience.

New owners are good people, professional and courteous. I was expecting a half a** job on the inside detail cleaning and I was surprised to how well of a job they did. Needless to say I was impressed by their commitment to detail and the time they took to do it, I really didn't care if I was there for almost a half hour, my car looked great after 90+ days of neglect lol I been going there for years and never felt that good; I tipped there twice in one visit and I NEVER felt the need or want to do it before so, that'll tell you something. Overall visit was good business, prices were up there at first glance ($28-30 for the top tier but after it was done, again, I didn't mind. Money well spent. I'm switching my monthly to these guys from Hoffman.

Just left the Golden arrow carwash & as always left very very satisfied. Guys are very friendly led by Tray & Rah who always make sure I leave with nothingless but great cleaning.

I love this car wash. It has the best price around and it does an incredible job. The tunnel is new equipment and the manager tray is always there to help with a smile on his face. Check this place out if you have not done so yet

Can't beat getting the car washed eating some Jax's sitting on the couch watching some Star wars while the car gets a thorough cleaning

I just got my car detailed by Keith and it looks brand new. These guys are so easy to work with and do an exceptional job. The cost is very reasonable and they exceeded my expectations.

The employees at the golden arriw car wash were fantastic. They listened to what I asked for and gave me exactly what I wanted. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my kids car seat. Tray was amazing. Price was very reasonable for the entire car being detailed and washed. Thank you golden arrow car wash!

Trey really did a tremendous job at cleaning dog poop out of the carpet of my car. I am very impressed and fortunate that I found this place. I really appreciate the teamwork!

I dropped my car of to get it detailed. Tray and Jason did a fantastic job. I couldn't ask for a better service. I showed up to a brand new looking car. I was so pleased. I will be recommending my family and friends to Golden Arrow without a doubt.
