I would advise against going to this location, they were pretty bad. First after I got the quote and agreed to bring my car there, they said they would call me when the parts came in. About 3 weeks later they called me and told me to bring my car in. I dropped my car off and a few hours later they called me and told me I had to pick it up because they didn’t have the parts to do the work. So why would they call me and tell me the part was in when it wasn’t? After speaking with the manager on the phone, he made a bunch of excuses and acted like it was completely normal to call someone to come in and drop their car off when they didn’t have the parts. After that a month later they called and told me the part came in. Once they completed the job, I noticed in the parking lot that the back doors wouldn’t open. So they took the car back in and fixed the doors, and when they brought me my car back, they told me they mistakenly scratched my car. So now, I had to bring my car back for a Third time to fix a scratch that they caused. At this point I spoke with a regional manger on the phone and he told me he would reimburse me a part of my deductible for all the trouble they caused. I have yet to see a dime of that reimbursement and he never contacted me again. Avoid this location at all costs.
