Awful service, terrible communication, all around bad. I'd give zero stars if I could. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

I love the Gerber experience. They finish repairs quickly and care for your auto as if it was their own. I cannot sing their praises enough.

They have been super transparent and professional throughout the process of my cars repair. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.

I would never recommend the Monroe Ave location to anyone, solely for the customer service.
Waited 2 weeks just for the requested estimate to be sent to insurance and was constantly told that my parts were ordered when they actually had not been. I was given different and inaccurate information every single time I called. Finally after 4 more weeks I waited for them to call and tell me the parts were in but they never did. I decided to call again to check in and was told "yes they are here so we can schedule the repair". Safe to say I would STILL be waiting if I had not followed up 7 TIMES. Every phone call was answered by a rude receptionist, and she practically hung up on me when I asked for an update on when my vehicle would be ready for pick up.
Finally I was able to pick up my car and the repair looked good. A woman named Mallorie was checking us out and when I asked for a copy of the paperwork she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. As I was leaving, she said to me: "And we will also be sending you a customer service survey to see how happy you were with our work. I really appreciate all 10's on that".
Are you kidding me? This place is unorganized and the customer service is awful.

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Gerber through Geico after a single car accident where I scraped the rear driver's side door and back panel against a construction barrier and I am so pleased with their service. They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Overall the repair took about three weeks, which was very fast, in my opinion. All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Gerber and would use them again in the future.

I had what I thought was a minor repair of a door and rocker panel. It was suppose to take 4 days, it took 7 which cost me extra for rental car. I was told "It came out great! "

On viewing the car it was plain to see a black spot on the rocker panel (on my white car") where the work was done. As I was looking to examine more closely, I observed that they had damaged the molding (sanding marks across the molding) while sanding the door. They offered to fix the problem but given what they tried to palm off as "GREAT" I felt I was better off living with the shabby work.

This was a simple job and should have been a win for everybody. Sloppy work habits or inexperience along with no quality control made it a huge disappointment.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle after someone tried to steal. I will use this location again if I need any other repairs. Keep up the great work.

Highly recommend this office! The front office crew are so pleasant and welcoming, they go above and beyond to answer all my questions, ordering my rental car, and even going the extra mile to repair my collision they made sure a missing panel on my car got repaired! Really great experience, highly recommend!

Mallorie and her team were great. They even detailed my car. I would highly recommend them.

My 2022 Hyundai was repaired after a March collision. Due to parts availability there was a delay in the repair. The staff kept me informed about progress and the completed work was done promptly once the parts were available. The completed job met all of my expectations. Good communication and good results warrant a rating of 5. I would recommend Gerber.

My issue is how they lie about how long things will take, lie about giving updates, and kept my vehicle for over 2wks, when I was told a few days for repairs. This is unacceptable, when I have a life, and needed my SUV. Will never go back too these liers.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish, there were so many things they did right:
-Courteous and polite, always
-Timely, communicative, easy to reach
-They did excellent work, my repair looks grea
-I love the inside and outside hand cleaning before my car was returned to me

I brought my car in to the Monroe ave location to get a simple scratch fixed on my driver side rear quarter panel. Seemed like an easy fix. However after getting my car back the paint job had pitting and you could see the white bondo through it, there was also a amount of dust from sanding in my car in all the nooks as if they opened my back hatch and sanded with it open. Over all I was disappointed in the work and brought it back in to get fixed. Not only did they just paint over the pitting instead of fixing it my car was returned to me with damage to the front bumper that did not exist when I first brought the vehicle in, and they are not taking responsibility for the damage. If you are looking for honesty and quality work look someplace else because they did a hack job on my car.
