He listened to my needs and wants and delivered. He made sure I got the best deal, kept me updated during the process, and had a warm smile. Best customer service and atmosphere for sales and car service! Every service advisor (Malaika, Michele, Vinnie, and Anthony) are all the best. They treat everyone like VIP. I recommend this place to all!

We have had our 3 year old Kia Telluride in for service twice in one week for the same problem that apparently is still not corrected! We arrived home only to get a text that another part was ordered after we thought it was fixed. That was Dec. 28th. We called yesterday & we were told they would check on the part & call us back
No one did! This morning we were put on hold for 10 minutes & no one came back. We now have called 3 times & NO ANSWER! Have to leave a message! Its been a half hour with no return call. What kind of dealership is this?

Purchased a new Telluride from Generation Kia. Customer service was amazing and my saleswoman Kristin was great and very accommodating.

My salesperson was Amy she was great. I was weary of things from past experiences but she was knowledgeable, professional, nice and very patient. I would recommend coming here and asking for Amy.

This was my first time going into a Kia dealership since I got my car, and I can honestly say the service experience was exceptional. I had Vinny and he was very friendly, approachable, and helpful. The waiting area was nice and clean, with snacks and drinks to choose from, as well as good internet connection. I will definitely be going back!

Consumer protection may want to look into this dealer. Dealerships have been making record profits the last few years due to car shortages. So when I saw their ad on a popular car website advertising new cars for sale at $800 below MSRP I was thrilled. However, when I called to inquire about purchase, two different salesreps at the dealer each told me they are selling at MSRP only. False advertising is illegal! Do not shop here.

I am rating the Sales process (I am not yet familiar with the Service process).
All personnel were helpful and courteous.
The salesman Joe Rossetti was transparent about the car's equipment/costs and negotiated the premium (above MSRP) in a friendly manner. He was also very helpful in showing me important controls (digital controls are unsettling; I am accustomed to hydraulic/mechanical systems).
Both Joe and Steven were helpful in identifying the least cost loan (I can't afford to pay much interest).
All staff was helpful in accommodating the return of my rental car.

If you want to feel like u went to the dentist buy a used car there
if you want to get the feeling of "Take it or leave it" go to Generation Kia
if you want hidden fees and excess charges then buy a used car there
if you want the good feeling of buying a car Don't goto Generation Kia

Great dealership, went here looking for a Kia hybrid and they were the closest dealer with any cars on the lot, we were greeted by Anthony outside when we were looking at the cars and he made us feel welcomed and took really good care of us? The dealership is great, plenty of visitor parking unlike other dealerships that have no parking, the place is huge and clean, I would definitely recommend going here, everyone is very friendly here

For the most part the experience was good. Our salesman Mike was knowledable on the car we leased and friendly. Unfortunately he neglected to tell us about $400 in additional fees we would be hit with when speaking to the finance department, even though I asked if there were any fees besides deposit first payment and plate transfer fee, even though he was asked several times.

Joe was outstanding in negotiating my new 2022 Lease. Made himself available to meet my needs and held my hand (figuratively) through the entire process.
From the time I agreed on Lease to driving out of lot -Sales, car prep and finance less than 3 hours! Thank you Generation Kia see you for my 1st complimentary oil change and tire rotation! The Joneses

Well, to start 5 stars are not enough for me to rate my experience at Generation Kia, Bohemia, NY. I live out of state and wanted to purchase a vehicle for My mom. This past Sunday I visited Generation Kia. The sales representative, Michael Pellegrino greeted me when I walked in. I was interested in a preowned vehicle. He didn’t pressure me into looking at higher end vehicles and I was able to stay within my budget. On Tuesday we went back to look at the car I put a deposit on. My husband and I felt Michael was honest and decided to purchase the car. Thank you Mike.

I dropped my 2019 Kia off for service last night after the dealership was closed. The first thing this morning I received a very pleasant telephone call from Vinny from the service department. He went over everything I had written on the envelope to be sure he had all of the accurate information. He was very nice, extremely informative and pleasingly professional. Vinny explained exactly what they were going to do and told me he will call me back a little later today. I figured that would not happen ad I would need to call the dealership back. (Most places never call you back even when they say they will). I was pleasantly surprised when Vinny called me back and it was him again - not a different person. He let me know that I am due to have the cabin and the air filters changed and advised me they should be changed each year. He explained why. I was not ware of this. I agreed to have both filters changed. Vinny alsi advised me of when I may need my front brakes changed and explained all of that to me. He was truly amazing! I have not experienced service and professionalism like this before. He called me back again to let me know the car was finished and ready for pick up. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Vinny from the Service department is truly an asset to your company and business. THANK YOU VINNY!

I got my Sedona serviced today. I was in and out in under an hour. Vincent was my service advisor. He made it quick and easy to check in and check out. I got an oil change, inspection and car wash. Highly recommend their service department.

Just picked up my new-to-me kia niro! Steven was fantastic! He makes himself available at all hours and will text back right away. He even took care of some of the process without me there, so it was quick and painless to pick up my new hybrid.

I purchase a 2022 Seltos and traded in my old Rio. Ali was very attentive and helpful every step of the way. They were out of stock on the first visit but he made sure to call me as soon as they had them delivered. I came back and he offered me a very nice deal. I enjoyed my experience overall. We have gone to few dealers and all they gave us was ridiculous numbers and just take it or leave it tactic.

However at Generation kia we dealt with Lou and Anthony () we were treated with respect and courtesy yes we went back forth with the numbers but patience and cooler heads prevail. Anthony was nice down to earth very friendly and just plain honest and to the point only go to both of them.

There were some miscommunication with the numbers but the manager Joseph V made it right.

All we can we say if we can give 10 we would.

I made a deposit for my new car at Generation Kia.

Vinnie, Anthony, and Bill in the service department were not only incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and attentive, but also notably put my satisfaction above all else.
Khalil, the technician who worked on my 2021 Kia Stinger GT2 was very friendly, and even took the time to explain the root of my issues. He was incredibly knowledgable and did a fantastic job on my car.
My vehicle, as well as myself, were treated with the utmost respect and care, something I can not say about every other dealership I have been to.
