I went into the store randomly one day with my mom as she's goes more frequently than I (it was my first time to a pawn shop ever). I was causally looking around and found a MacBook that I was interested in buying, but I said I'd be back the next day. Next day, Kevin was beyond amazing and honest with me. He listened to my goals, what mattered to me most, and let me know which made one MacBook better than the other. I ended up buying a complete separate MacBook then what I originally was looking at, and I couldn't be happier. I was nervous, but Kevin led me in the right direction. We didn't have a case to put it in, so Mr. Santiago went to the back and found a laptop travel bag for me. They truly care about their customers, and I will HIGHLY recommend this place to others. I’m not gonna lie this place is amazing but what stood out was the impeccable customer experience I had and the top tier customer service. After being greeted by Kaidee with a glass of cold water in the summer heat I was then allowed to browse through the entire store with no haggling and was given space along with great deals on air conditioners. Yes I will be back to shop there soon.
