Garber Honda was great to buy a first new car. I had been to several other dealerships and this one was night and day better than the rest. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately helped. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the cars I was interested in. This place is a class above other local dealers and Zack was great as well to work with. I was able to complete all the paper work in less than an hour on a day that they were super busy. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

100% best dealership in the Rochester area! Me and my husband had Annie and she was such a pleasure! Annie was very helpful and was in no rush, she genuinely wanted to be of help and was even glad to explain to us all the details past closing time, and wasn’t tired or annoyed of any questions. We had only talked with her for two days but it was like we had known her for years! If I could give ten stars I would! Definitely will be recommending to all my friends and family, no doubt!

Amazing service, very honest team, super responsive and overall just amazing. I will NOT go to any other dealerships for anything other than service on my vehicle. Ron did an amazing job assisting with me and I didn’t have to go back and forth with him on my price range. Even with an injury, he was so willing to help and answer all of my questions.

Had an amazing experience with Annie in Sales. She made the whole process so much less stressful and worked with me every step of the way. My previous vehicle (not a Honda) had major issues and was bought back by the manufacturer. Annie made sure everything was going smoothly with my new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport while I dealt with my other car.
