Gap Factory

The worst place to buy in cash the lady in the front told me they don’t receive cash 1980’s unbelievable cero star for this place disgusting because I wanted the birthday clothe. I’ll complain with labor department this is discrimination.

This Gap is convenient to get to whether by train or bus, but they're selections are very limited

I can't believe this is now a Gap Factory. They have nothing worth buying. They don't even have straight leg jeans. Quite is poor and I am very sad. Gap was my go to.

They are ALWAYS understaff at the register. Often time, there are only 1-2 registers open, even though there are many other staff members walking around chatting or folding clothes - yet they don't open up more registers! The customers always have to wait for a long time to check out and it's honestly not worth it. This is the worse staffed GAP in NYC.

Went to shop here a couple days ago and when I wanted to make my purchase I was told to go upstairs and make it there. It was never like that. I would always purchase on the first floor. When I asked the worker why, she said the new manager made it like that. I also asked to speak to the new manager and when the worker radioed it in she never came up.do not suggest this place.

2 workers, one in the kids department as well as one in upstairs kept begging me to apply for the dumb credit card although I refused! But relentless they kept offering so I asked was this a hard inquiry to my credit score. They both said NO. Come to find out my credit score went down 34 points. Highly unacceptable!

Worts ever! Some of them are doing cash back some not is that the service? And telling me i am returning worn item from my 600$ order they even do not have proof.stupida!

Always huge line because only one cashier is working, and each customer spends a very long time at checkout. The rest of employees just walk around the store pretending to be busy. Prefer to shop online, no wait and better selection

Way too expensive for my pocket. I'm sure for others as well. Even the mark downs are high.

Nothing to find there anymore. Prices are high and can't find anything also quality is not that good anymore and choice

I went to this GAP to exhange something for my daughter. They were very nice and helpful. I dont remember the sales reprentative name but she had pigtails in her hair. She was very helpful and patience. This the first Gap that I went to that deomonstrated good customer servise.

Excellent check-out, exceptional staff. Variety is acceptable, most sizes up to 2xL usually available. Also has a Baby Gap store.

Small store. Has adults and kids stuff. Needs more staff. Didn't have the sizes I needed and when I asked them to call the store close by, they said they couldn't and I should call them myself or go online. Long wait to pay. Store was very crowded. Piles of unfolded clothes all around. A mess. Easy to get to if traveling by bus, car or subway.

Good as always: The store is spotless and upstanding, the clothing are organized in such a beautiful way as to make it easy to find anything you're looking for. The stuff is amazingly helpful, polite, cooperative and friendly.
""SARA"" was my cashier today, such an amazing and stunning employee.
I will gladly come back to do more shopping here.

The gap has always wonderful seals for grown-up and children very fine cotton you can't beat the calls for grown-ups and children there and you could get very good sales for very good clothes

Not so much that I dislike this place but the Gap in Bay Ridge has a way better selection and the prices are way kefir it's only about 10 minutes drive further
