We used Brett for 2 recent transactions (a sale and a purchase), and she was excellent. She always responded to my questions, even after hours. Often, I would find that she had resolved the question I was asking. For instance, when I inquired about certain offsets for the sale (e.g, property taxes), she replied that she had already researched local tax records to to ensure that I received credit at the closing. Simply put, she made the transactions go smoothly. She also worked seamlessly with my lender to precisely calculate closing costs. She and her team provided a complete set of pre- and post- closing documents for my records. Last, Brett has a friendly disposition and a positive attitude. I highly recommend Brett.

My wife and I used Brett Lando as our real estate attorney. The overall experience was fantastic, and she was excellent with communication. The day of closing was so efficient and smooth.she had all the paperwork ready; my wife and I felt very supported and she answered all of our concerns. I would highly recommend her services!

You can EASILY find a real estate attorney who does a better job than Lando. I retained her as my attorney when I was purchasing a house. She was recommended to me by a real estate agent among several other lawyers. I should not have trusted the names on that list. She never called me once during the time she was handling my case (I keep records). In my opinion, she obviously thought that clients would not/ don’t need to have a say in a contract or an agreement. The most ridiculous part is, sometimes I felt like she was the seller’s attorney. My real estate agent and I had to fight with her first to get her ask the seller for some information regarding the foundation of the house. (My real estate agent showed emails she sent to him) In addition, her partner, Lee Wagner is the worst lawyer that I have ever dealt with. I should have recorded how he talked to me regarding my concern to the walk through, how he took a dismissive attitude towards my concern, so I can report it to the bar association.

I am glad that I fired her three days before closing.
