I had a good experience and it was stress free thanks to are dealer for helping make the process stress free with my 2020 ford ecosport I love it

Fixed my dead horn problem, but as I dropped off my vechile my drivers seat had a seat cover on and when I picked the vechile up it wasn't on! They left it off. I thought they put the vechile back the way they found it? Well I guess not.

Really good experience with a pre-owned car purchase at Wally's Ford of Seneca Falls. We drove an hour because we wanted to buy from a smaller market than our home in Jamesville, NY (Syracuse). We had planned to buy a used Ford Edge but it just did not shift well during the test drive. However, they had a Honda CR-V on the lot that fit our requirements even better. The sales process with Luke went super smooth. They got us a great loan rate and we completed the transaction via text/phone. To top it off, Luke personally delivered the vehicle right to our driveway so we didn't have to drive an hour back out to pick it up. Great service and great car buying experience.

I bought an escape 2016 last year and loved it. Great session and service all year! Unfortunately on 7/3/17 I was involved in a 3 car accident. My vehicle was totalled. I called Fucillo and explained​ what's​ happened and I needed a vehicle. We made an appt. That day and they had my original salesman Scotty there when I arrived at 5. Needless to say I found a vehicle (edge) and drove it home that night. They were great! They even returned my rent for me. Superior service all the way around. Thank you Fucillo for helping me and making a horrible situation an A+!

Wally's Ford was very concerned and worked on my new Ford truck and got my ABS issue resolved. They are awesome!

I liked the fact that you guys got my oil charge and vehicle service done. I liked that I was scheduled and that I didn't have to reschedule other things. Thank you, guys, for your services!

The work that I had preformed went as expected, nothing surprising there. Recalls were dealt with and a NYSI. Where I was dissatisfied was when I was called to be informed that my car was ready. When my wife arrived to pick it up, she was informed of several things that will need attention soon, but not immediately. I felt that those items should have been explained to me over the phone, and I probably would have said to handle them now while the car was there. Simply put, better communication would have received a better review and more work for their mechanics.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Samir my salesman helped me work through the paperwork, helped get me a loan that fit my budget and explained everything in detail. I hate car shopping and have bought 5 cars in 26 years only when i was left with no alternatives but this is the most pleasant experience I've ever had and when I have to buy a car in the future I will definitely be returning here

It was easy to make a appointment, got in within a couple day's, wait time was good. Staff all very friendly to deal with.

I came to Tony about a new f250 with some options for a affordable price. Came out with a beautiful striking truck 2022 f250 tremor with more options than I had picked out. All the paperwork, insurance and plates went as smooth as could. Tony was very detailed showing the truck inside and outside. Highly recommend Tony and crew at Wallys Ford for your next new Ford vehicles. Left Wallys Ford a happy man.

They were very good and quick about doing my oil change, but they don't give the read out sheet with the tire depth and thickness of the brake pads anymore, that was nice when Fucillo did that, and i was thinking maybe of tradeing it in, but no salesman even talked too me, seems like people are getting a little bit lazy down there, it sure is not the same place billy built up.

Don't bring your vehicle here for anything. They will take forever to fix your vehicle, and don't have the desencey to keep you informed.

My car needed to be inspected and there was a problem connecting the car to the state computer. I was able to get an appointment the next day and problem was resolved. Thank you, for excellent service.

Good friendly service. I wasn't an easy case but still got me into a good car I'm happy with. So if your looking for a vehicle check them out and talk to my guy Torin.

Purchased a vehicle over a month ago with promise that the minor cosmetic issues would be fixed (clips on front bumper and seal on the back passenger door that was missing when purchased) I have been told to call back, or someone would call me back to get these issues resolved. It has been over a month, when I went into the dealership to confront the lack of communication I was advised “Josh” was out and they didn’t know when he would return. So apparently there is only one mechanic, which is disturbing considering I purchased a used vehicle with an extended warranty, so I’m praying nothing goes wrong because I’m sure it wouldn’t get fixed! Will not purchase from this dealership again!

Great customer service. They sent me a video of their inspection and showed me that everything was good. I'll be going back for my next service for sure.

I am so happy with the new truck I purchased from Wally’s! Scott helped us through the entire process and he was so easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he helped me drive it off the lot that day. We have worked with Roger in the past and was happy to see he was still there and as great as ever. In the next year or 2 I will be ready to upgrade my other vehicle and Scott at Wally’s is where I will go 100%. They make you feel comfortable, not too pushy and make you feel like they are there for you.

Recently, my wife and I decided to entertain a few salesmen on purchasing a new vehicle. This would of been my 3rd purchase in less than 2 years from the same dealership. Every time I have went to the dealership, I have went with the same stipulations and expectations and was very upfront with the salesmen on what I wanted and expected. We live 30ish minutes away and expect to have a semi deal set before going, so no ones time is wasted. The salesmen had me come all the over on a Sunday to take pics of my current vehicle which is 2k miles on it and is a 2021 in perfect condition. I could of easily of sent photos in, so then they could of ran numbers and figured out what was possible before having me drive all the way there. Both times before when the dealership was still under Fuccillo, I was able to come in and leave the same day with the newer vehicle. Even the salesmen told us, the deal would of been easier had it still be Fuccillo and not Wally's. I was over promised and over sold on something that was never promised. At first I was low balled and got offered 31k for a vehicle other places have offered 35-36k for as a trade in. Second I only entertained the offer due to the salesmen being so confident and almost assuring me something could be done. The vehicle I was switching too, would of been almost identical to the one I have, with slight appearance upgrades. I would not recommend anyone to deal with a Wally's as they are not as prone to doing what is necessary to make a deal with a repeat customer. Very disappointed in how this all went.

Samir's business card says he's a Sales Professional. I would respectfully disagree. We knew what we were looking for when we went in and made it clear we were just looking, but Samir was dead set on selling us a vehicle at any cost. It would have been completely stupid to buy the first vehicle someone tried to sell us. We got every sales line in the book. Neither of us had eaten that day and were very hungry. When we said we were going to get something to eat, Samir suggested we eat there. We said we didn't know what we wanted and he was worried we wouldn't come back. Well, he was right. He pushed us away. Normally I wouldn't rate so low over one sales person, but another tried to bail him out, but did so at the expense or running our credit on an app to see what kind of deal they could get us on a vehicle we weren't interested in anyway. Never going back.

Well they are very friendly and care about their customers they helped me out when I was at my lowest they work hard to try to get you the right car is great for you my car and I am happy with it thank you so much you guys are the best I will make sure I said my family and friends to you guys

From being told that they could hold a check and get me down to $270 a month the first day I was there, to my boyfriend and I going and being there for nearly 5 hours for them to get everything approved but waited until last minute to run the check and the check was declined.my boyfriend and I were humiliated. We walked out of there with two very confused children and our proverbial tail tucked between our legs. We are mortified and haven't even told any family or friends, except one that we went to look at a car, much less sing Fuccillos praises. They gave me inaccurate information and then tried to excuse it the second day. The salesman tried to take my boyfriend's phone out of his hands multiple times. All of my boyfriend's electronics must be HIPAA compliant in the event he has to use them for work. People cannot just pull his phone from his hands, not to mention that it's rude. I would not recommend this place to someone I don't like, let alone people I care about. For us to wait with two children for several hours and then get it broke off where the sun doesn't shine, is not only inconvenient and rude but bad business. Don't waste people's time if you can't help them and don't ask them to overdraft their account to buy a vehicle when you see they have kids with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is awful they had my truck for a month and it was outside the whole time it was cold snowing off and on or raining and they said they worked on my truck a total of 9 hours I don't see where or how and then got it back last night and now the horn don't work and the tries where low I called and said something and got told we did not touch any of that I know I will never ever go there again. They also did not tell us the full price of what was to be owed I went to pay what they said and it was way more im very disappointed.
