The gentlemen here at Front-Line Collision are first class in every way. From their excellent customer service, to the great work they do on the vehicles, I promise you, you will not have a better experience anywhere else. On December 29,2022 I took my truck to the shop they promised me my truck will be ready in less than two weeks so I let them file a claim for me through the insurance the second week pass by kept calling nobody was answering kept texting. Nobody response to my message been going through back-and-forth and they always like it will be ready by next week I just have my car today and it’s March 28,2023. They do this on purpose to collect storage from the insurance. Drawn this processing I visited their shop few time and I realized they are using used parts like used door used car panel. I have seen too many use parts in the shop.
