My buying process was very easy and quick. Dave Dunn was amazing from start to finish. I left in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler in record time! I would highly recommend Dave as a salesman. All the staff I have encountered have been wonderful.

Would NOT recommend taking any vehicle here. After working with Migual at the Ford dealership for several years and owning a fleet of vehicles I wanted to give him the opportunity in his new Service Manager position to service our vehicles.

After having an oil pan installed, which was scheduled for Friday November 17th I picked the truck up on Friday Dec 1st. They called stating it was completed on November 24th. Being scheduled for Friday and not being completed until a week later is unacceptable first. They had the parts and its a 4.5 hour job. Why did it take a week? Communication. They do not know who is doing what when or why. After several calls, one being that I needed it back no later than Wednesday Nov 22nd and I was told "we will make it happen. It did not. They over charged for the parts and after bringing this to their attention admitted it was over charged. After calling and getting my cost at another dealer, it was half of what Geneva charged. They aren't willing to give it to me for that rate. If Ram has a price, all dealers should be selling for that same price (or can). Now again I mention that Migual says "this is how you want to be, I'm taking care of you". If over charging a customer is "taking care of you" how many other customers are they over charging?

This was one of several occasion over the past several months that we have an issue with.

Their techs are inexperienced and unable to properly diagnose issues correctly. We took one of our other trucks in for an issue with the heat. They disgnosed it as a plugged heater core and wanted one $1500.00 to replace. The heater core costs about $150.00, howver their is over eight hours of labor involved. I wanted to review and had our in house tech review their dignoses only to find it is malfunctioning actuator under the dash. Less than $100.00 to replace. We now have heat. Do you think they would have told me after that job had I had them do it that they where wrong?

The service department saved our vacation. We had a flat tire on a Saturday at 4pm of a holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze us in and patch the tire before they closed. Highly recommend this place.

Carl Miller was outstanding to work with on purchasing my wife’s 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The car is PreOwned and had only been on the lot for two days so a few minor blemishes on the interior were pointed out during our visit and Carl immediately went to work with the parts and service department to ensure they were taken care of. I traded in a lease and got a new Wrangler 4xe Sahara Kyle was my sales person he was fantastic! I was going to buy out my lease he gave me all the options with keeping are Grand Cherokee or leasing something new he spent a lot of time with me never pushing ether way he just answered every question for me. I’ve made a great decision the Wrangler is spectacular! Gas mileage is beyond expectation! Kyle is awesome!

Bought our 2020 Ford Explorer from Kyle yesterday. We had been looking for a few months, and once we saw the explorer on their website, Kyle sprung into action to get the explorer to their Penn Yan site the following day. 2 days later the explorer is in our driveway. Wonderful experience purchasing a car from Heather. After shopping online for months looking for a specific car, I found it at Friendly DCJR. So many dealers have hidden markups that I was getting frustrated even reaching out to a dealer, knowing the real price would be inflated by thousands. Friendly doesn't do any of that. Very good experience with Sales and Finance was awesome. I have called multiple times asking for the extended warranty information and I have recieved nothing. I was told it would be sent email. Nothing. Not sure what else to do but stop and demand the copy of the warranty.

I just picked up a new Ram 1500 from Friendly. I've been a Ram customer for years, but this is my first time buying from Friendly. I love the truck, and am really impressed with the attentive service I received from salesman Luis Feliciano. I started looking online late at night for the vehicle I wanted, which Friendly had on site. I put my info in the form and got an automated message that they would reach out during business hours. Luis called me at 8: 30 the following morning and confirmed he had the truck. I told him that I could come down that afternoon, but I had a busy day and wanted to be in and out pretty quick. He made everything super easy- I got price and terms from him shortly after our morning call, and got him my info to start the paperwork. I got down there that afternoon and he had everything ready for me. After quick ride in the truck and service walk of the facility with Luis, I went into Finance with Joel who had all the paperwork ready. I signed and was on my way in less than an hour from when I walked in. By far the easiest buying experience I've had at any dealership- will definitely be going back for my next vehicle.
