The waiting are for you when you had to wait for your car to be repaired was nice. Except they didn't keep things stocked for you to have. We were there for over 4 hrs.

I have had multiple problems with my car this year. It started with the car shutting down and the steering wheel not turning properly to having my engine completey rebuilt. I bought the car with the extended warranty at this place and somehow I get treated like I am the problem when the car needs to be fixed.
Today I scheduled an appointment for the vehicle and after almost an hour of waiting for something I was told would be a quick fix, the mechanic tells me the person assigned to my car is at lunch.
Then has the audacity to ask me to come back another day, even though I live an hour away. Finally 30 minutes later the problem was fixed, that should have been checked when the engine was rebuilt
I get the impression this place cares more about selling a car then if the car actually works right

Reading a lot of the reviews on here and you see how they say the process was made fast and easy. Gotta say that is true, but also reviews on here you read about their service department isn't good. Gotta say that is VERY TRUE. After buying my jeep and a few days of driving it I check the fluids only to find not one lick of break or oil fluid in the engine. I GUESS A SERVICE ON THE VEHICLE DOESN'T COME WHEN YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
