James Cronk is the type of salesman you always hope you will get, but rarely ever do! I'm a two hour drive from the dealership and couldn't make it there immediately to get my car. James was always available for my calls and held the car until I was able to get there. My car was immaculate upon pick-up. They had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out in no time. This dealership truly provides the type of service you don't get from many places anymore! Highly recommend

Horrible experience with the parts department was told they had a part over the phone so I drove all the way 45 minutes to come pick up the part when I got there. It was a completely different manufacture than what I was looking for and he insisted to tell me that they were not making that part number anymore, and they clearly have it at other dealers, and then they had the same product at Walmart for half the price across the street rather just be told over the phone the truth and not have to drive 45 minutes. Will never be taking my business here again.

This service site charge oil change & tire rotation extremely high, more than double the cost that in Toyota dealer. Not recommend to do oil change there.

I was actually at the Enterprise Auto rental inside Fox Auto. When I returned the vehicle I rented, nobody was there on Sunday, I was not told about the key drop box outside, so had to bring the key back Monday morning, other than that, it was great!

What a great experience. I cannot thank enough the staff at Fox's. Write down to Kyle my salesman to the financing into the guys out and back that got.the new car prepped with undercoating and the new ceramic coating under a short time. And best of all no pressure and just willing to listen to you and take their time understand what you want. Thank you all again. I'll be traveling back from Rochester to visit.

I been going to fox for maintenance on my cars for 3 years now. This time i went there i told them to do the oil change and replace the rear brake pads, it was very clear the instructions. I get a call later saying i need rotors and brake all the way around and they cant get the rear pads for at least a month. I said just do the oil change and ill come pick it up. When i got there they gave me a bill for $280.00! I said wth? He goes well we have to pay our mechanics for their time.i said he should have just did what i asked. No one told him to take all my tires off and inspect nothing. $280.00 bucks for an oil change and for service that they couldnt perform anyway because they couldnt get the parts. I didnt even argue with the guy ill just never go back there again. They lost my bussiness from practicing bad business. Warning: if you tell them you want something done they will do more than what you say to get money oit of you

Great place to get a new car. We looked online and picked out a car the night before. When we pulled up, Kyle greeted us, showed us the car and let us test drive it. He spend the rest of the morning working with us and explained everything clearly. We brought the new car home that day. Can’t recommend Kyle or Fox Auto enough.

Rays vehicle had a mechanical issue. The sales and service teams worked together and quickly fixed the issue. They gave Ray a loaner vehicle to use while his was in the shop.

Bought a Chevrolet Silverado from Fox Auto Group. I didnt get any high pressure sales gimmicks from the sales team. They listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and got me into something that fit my needs.

I worked with Kyle regarding my lease ending and getting into a new vehicle. I went there to look a a truck and when my son and I pulled in the parking lot we where met by Sloan one of the sale people told him what we where looking for and he told use that was sold so we continued to look and found a 2016 gmc that my son and I liked so went inside and next thing we knew we had a nice gmc truck. We went to Fox on a frigid night to look at a vehicle we saw on the website. We parked next to it and Mark came out right away and introduced himself. After telling him what we were looking to do he suggested we pull up to the building and meet him inside. Pete was pawing at the door inviting us in from the cold. After a brief discussion about the vehicle we took it for a test drive. We took a wrong turn on the test drive and got back only 15 minutes before close. Mark, still, took his time with us and presented the car facts and trade value of our current vehicle. In the end Tyler and Mark made us a deal we couldn't turn down. On our way out Tyler chatted with us and congratulated us on our new vehicle. We were very imprssed with how genuin the whole experience was. Mark, Tyler, and of course Pete, were welcoming and friendly. They are very easy to work with and ready to get you in a vehicle!

Only reason for 3 stars was folow through. Went looking for a truck and found one. Was waiting for my title to be mailed, they would not hold it for me. Was mailed the following week I called gave them the info it was coming still would not deal till it was in my hands so I went elsewhere. Next dealership dealt with me with no issues bought a new truck brought the title for the car I traded in 2 days later.

After buying multiple vehicles over the last twenty years from Fox Auto Group in Painted Post NY I have finally run out of patience, listening to all the reasons why "it", (whatever the current "it" was), was NEVER right first time.
My latest and last issue was the standard of work carried out by the body shop under the GMC warranty on my 2015 Yukon XL Denali.
In less than two months the repaired paintwork is bubbling and rust is beginning to show.
I went into the dealership and spoke to the body shop manager and the service manager at the same time. They agreed it wasn't acceptable and that they would put it right. It was at this time i became aware Fox Auto Group did not file the warranty paperwork with GMC in a timely manner, so GMC declined to pay Fox Auto Group for the work carried out on my vehicle. I believe this to have been in the region of $5000. They both blamed that on the previous body shop manager.
However, they asked me to wait six weeks as they were very busy. The body shop manager was to call me with a appointment date.
I agreed to wait.
That call never happened.i called the service manager and asked for the body shop manager to call me.
That never happened.
I called the body shop manager, and was informed Fox Auto Group could not do anything more for me, it was the best they could do due to the location of the rust on the vehicle.
I asked for Fox Auto Group to put that in writing. Surprisingly they did, the owners son / general manager indicated they had done all GMC had allowed them to do, and that now the warranty had expired GMC would not pay for any more work to be done. He even blamed the "poor design" of the GMC. Not bad for a GMC dealership!
Nothing about Fox Auto Group correcting the initial sub-standard level of work completed by them under warranty.

Now I'm sure the fact that Fox Auto Group is already out of pocket for $5000 had everything to do with Fox Auto Group's decision making process. In the past Fox Auto Group were always very quick to state if i wasn't happy the work done i was to bring it back to them as their work has a lifetime warranty.
It's fair to say I'm more than disappointed with Fox Auto Group. I will not be buying another vehicle from them again, and urge you to seriously consider buying from another dealership.

My husband and I went up to Fox to look at purchasing a new truck. We know what our trade is worth and they completely low balled us! Didn’t even move our truck to appraise it! It was an insult for what they gave us for a trade and a waste of our time! Don’t go to Fox and expect to get what your vehicle is worth cause you won’t! They weren’t even close. They are just gonna low ball you and turn around and sell it for way more then they gave you!
