Phone order, food not tasty, their taste have fall off, just for some chicken wings and plain fried rice. What’s going on?

I placed an order for chicken wings and French fries and I asked her could I have bbq sauce on my food! The young lady in the register tells me that they have to charge me an extra $1 to put sauce on my food. Mind you this was a 10 meal. I can understand if I asked for extra sauce but the food is plain! No sauce no ketchup added

While looking for a go-to restaurant, I was lucky enough to come across Fortune Place! They are a very cozy restaurant with friendly staff members. In addition, they also have a wide variety of dishes to fit your particular taste buds. Their price ranges are extremely affordable considering how amazing their food is! Some of my personal favorites include their chicken and broccoli, general tso chicken, and fried chicken wings. If you are in the area, please take the time to visit this spot.you will not be disappointed!

Nah that was gross. I had low expectations to begin with given the dingy look. So maybe it’s my fault for going in. I got hot & sour soup & Chicken fried rice. The soup had not a lot of flavor, but the fried rice was the worst. Yellow rice with a few shredded pieces of a ultra white spongy chicken. That was it. Brutal. The person working was nice tho, so there was that.

It will do in a pinch! The restaurant is geared towards take out and deliver. The customer service is lacking but you can make it work.

I came here yesterday and I’m highly disappointed if you’re going to charge a arm and a leg for chicken wings at least make sure they’re fresh and we’ll done they were old and you could tell they were re fried at least 3 times I was specific with my order big fresh chicken wings smh you guys are lucky I was not near by when I opened my order because if I was I would of pull up and got my money back!

I just got charged an extra dollar, in there restaurant, for just using my debit card in real time live. Can they do that when purchasing food, to charge me an extra dollar solely because I used my debit card? Is that even legal? Beware, beware.

-Didn’t put any duck sauce packets and napkins
-Wouldn’t hand the food over until I gave him a tip
-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
-Always over charging

They are always trying to jip me for my money and charge me 2 to 3 dollars more everytime so be careful

Excellent food, super nice employees, regularly great atmosphere. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is excellent. Highly recommended.
