Scammed me $6,000 and my title.
Such disgusting people here. I didn’t choose them, NYPD just found a local towing place from the accident scene.

I’ve never met such LIARS in my life.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered! They do not care it’s crazy to think a black business would also treat other black people so poorly. Even when I called I could hear Tyrell or whoever in the back being rude and yelling. I actually went to the wrong address first and the man at the desk laughed at me.

Horrible sad to say all the employees don't care, they are lazy and to busy doing other stuff.

Very professional, efficient and no long wait for their service. Will recommend. Will utilize them again.

Worst experience ever these guys do the most fraud I ever witnessed thank god I have it all on video! They charged 3,200$ For towing and 4 days storage after a car accident.never have any “workers” on site to show you ur vehicle.they damaged my vehicle, didn’t allow me to see my car for days, when I finally get to see my car the guy tells me not to record a video to not show insurance.that alone is self explanatory on what these guys motives are.caught all on video have plenty videos to prove everything, it’s just sad man because they have completely nooo clue what they just got their self into.ontop of that, 2 iPhones went missing from the vehicle, chargers, and a few other items.this place must be desperately doing very bad financially to do the things they’ve been doing from the pricing to the damaging/stealing, it’s insane.but I guarantee one thing for sure they will definitely learn to stop ripping people off everybody isent playing these little games. They’ll see how this ends for them best of luck to u guys

Over pricing, they are so over price that I couldn't believe they tried to charge me 300 dollars for a 4 mile drop.unbelievable I wonder if the owners know what their doing over at forrester.bad experience, never again.

If you can only put a negative star this place would get-10Stars. Do not use this place for any kind of towing services. Management is Disgusting & Nasty non human like. He do not know how to speak to ppl or customers. You could call 9am and He's Morning Nasty. Also they over charge they do not charge according to miles. I was told directly from the man that he will charge me more because I'm in a driveway and he don't know what will happen when the truck arrives so he will over charge me in advance. Horrible I also mention that I found this place on Google and just need service but didn't even mention I didn't want to be over charged I just wanted it to be directly from his mouth that he would over charge me. He also stated he don't care about Google so I decided to write a review on the Nasty service and animal working here

I wish that I could rate 0. Not only the double charge, but the drive was unprofessional and rude. I highly DO NOT recommend the services Forrester's Towing Inc.

I wish I can give them 0 star the driver was rude and unprofessional they damage my car bumper I will never call this company again

The driver turned onto a small one way street, then after just sitting there for 5 mins then he finally I guess hears the horns from multiple cars waiting on him to drive forward. He literally drove down a block way to small to drive down in a tow truck and sat there like oh well! I was late to pick up my child! He was rude and disgusting!

HORRIBLE SERVICE after they tow you call the police department in front of them and remove the tow from your vehicle. They will not do it!

The company is terrible. Trust me stay away from them if you can. They told me one price over the phone and then towed the car. Once the car is towed
And arrived at its destination, they double the price on me. They threaten to take the car to their lot if I don’t pay.
