I called before hand and they told me a new set with gel/French was going to be $50. I get there and she charges me $60. Doesn’t even cut my cuticles. The next day one of my nails lifts and I have to go back to get a new nail and she charges me $10? For one nail it didn’t make sense. Plus all of the French tips on my nails are crooked and uneven.

I find them to be rude and dismissive, and that they don’t value the community they supposedly serve. If you’re looking for a more welcoming business, visit Doree one block over on 116th between 5th & Lenox.

Linda is the absolute best. The salon is always clean and welcoming. The massages are great as well.

The work was good, great atmosphere my only reason for the three stars was that I called ahead for the price for a pedicure and I feel like I was given the price for a manicure which was 10.00 less on purpose and when I informed the guy at the desk he laughed at me and said t must've been a misunderstanding. I was very clear when I said pedicure. I don't like feeling mislead so I will not go back there personally. Ask prices before service when you get there.

Service is horrible. Been here a few times but the lady that sits when you walk in doesn’t listen. I specified what service I wanted. She pairs me with a person that only does manicures which is not what I asked to be done. Ultimately I sat for 20 minutes drying my feet while other people to do acrylic fill ins started with new clients. I’ve seen the foolishness at this place prior and should have followed my right mind and took my business elsewhere.

This review is for the employee that goes by the name of Mandy. I brought my girlfriend here for a mani pedi. We asked if we could be seated together during the mani, were told yes and then were separated. I think they didn't want to ask the other customer to move her bag to the other side. Mandy was rushing during the pedi. It's been a day since the pedi and my girl's toes keep randomly bleeding

This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly it's very clean. I like how they take their time when their with you. Mandy took care of me. My nails look awesome. They get busy throughout the day so be prepared to wait a while but it's well worth the wait.

Cheap products, which means it will pop off couple days after. I will NEVeR waste my money here again. Extremely poor service and not to forget how disgusting the place is. One thing I should of definitely realize from the beginning is the women constantly trying to do what she wants and not what I want. Never again, I would rate a zero if I could!

This nail salon is very spacious. They have separated all of the manicure and pedicure stations for safety purposes. The person I had did a great job at cleaning up my cuticles. The regular nail polish is very low quality, takes forever to dry and smudges.

It was not a long wait, the lady I had Anna was very nice & careful with my feet I enjoyed my time here.

First lady didn't do such a good job but I went back and the repair and upgrade was free. If you ask me they are serious about what they do

I’ve been here twice, both times I received a gel pedicure (received the callus treatment the second time) and a full set of acrylics with gel polish (tips and design added the second time). I’ve had 2 different ladies do my toes and 2 different ladies do my hands and all have been lovely, kind, and patient. They are gentle with my hands and feet and did a great job. My nails last 3-4 weeks, really only changed them because they had grown out. But none of my nails broke or chipped. They are also very reasonably priced, especially compared to other salons in NYC. I am very pleased and have found my nail salon.

I have been coming to this place for some time now, and I love it.

I asked for almond shaped white nails (polish) they charged me 60$, used white powder, and it came out clumpy, messy and had a pink tone to it then told me it was because my natural nails are pink.never again.

They are amazing if you know what you want. Since the first time I went in, they do a good job cleaning the cuticles very carefully, specially with my feet, Maggie, she did an extraordinary job cleaning my toes nails. Usually when I get pedicures I don't feel they do clean well or cut my nails properly like but here, every single time. Just come when is not the rush hour to get an outstanding service!

This place is as unprofessional as they come.

I came in on 2/12 and they took me for a pedicure immediately. After my pedicure was done, I waited 3 hours for my full set. I watched 4 different people who came in after me get serviced before me. I would have left but I had 2 friends with me who were getting their nails done as well.

After the 3.5 hour "experience" I get home pick up a brush and one of my nails break!

I came back after work today (2/16) and the manager yells at me for coming at 6: 00!? She waved me off and told me to come tomorrow, which I can't because I have a flight on 2/14.

I haven't even recieved an apology for their sub par work. Worst customer service! Save your money and go someplace where you are respected and valued as a customer.

First time I went the ladies were super nice. They are clean don’t get me wrong but yesterday I was really mad at my experience. I had a different lady. I asked for a certain shape she flat out said no. She had an attitude and seriously seemed like she hated she was doing my nails. My nails aren’t even how I wanted them and she made them look super thick putting on too much polish when I said not to.

This place is so unprofessional. I wish I could could give them ZERO stars

I came in on Valentines Day to get a full set I didn't have a problem waiting to see someone. My only problem is that when I finally was able to get my nails done the nail tech was rude and did a terrible job and I had to ask her 5 times to fix the nails she messed up on and she would keep insisting there was nothing wrong when there was acrylic under my nail and on my skin and there still is.

Don't bother, they can't do designs and when you let them know that their simple lines are crooked they get frustrated as if it's your fault. Not worth it.

They’re very sanitary and give the best pedicures in NY. I’ve been to high and low end places but this is my favorite spot. I’d suggest adding on the callous remover for baby soft feet

Uncomfortable situation did not understand there language and my manicure and pedicure was terrible I won’t be going back

I got my nails done for graduation and got many compliments on the day of. I got my toe nails done in white.

Messy with the acrylic, all over my finger tips. French manicure expensive, especially when she cant get her lines right. It was convenient to my work place but not again.

So I come in ready to enjoy my day off with a nice spa pedi mani and the owner was so rude to be because I was asking about the nail wrap she was speaking very aggressive to the point I took a picture of her and walked out

Clean and friendly. They take their time and do excellent work. I'm always pleased when I leave.

They are great at doing nails. Their prices are not out of this world. However they are not the best at designs.
