Saturday morning employees, especially the two girls working at the register downstairs today were crazy rude. They don’t say “hello” to you or a single word, they just charged me and handed me my change looking super annoyed at me. They were laughing with each other, not paying attention to costumers. Awful, maybe before they hire people, they should teach them some costumer service skills.
Placed an Online order for pick up. Confirmation email says please wait for follow up email to let you know when item is ready for pick up. Days go by, nothing. I contact Forever21 support. They said I missed my pick up window, I asked how when I never received an alert it was ready? Basically the store forgot to follow up and scan and pack item. How the heck do you not even notify me to let me know I missed my window, let alone to let me know they f'd up! Then contact support says if I want a refund? WTH? How dumb can you be, no just charge me for an item I never received. The level of horrible service is crazy!
Worst store ever. Of course it's New York and Times Square is even more so, but I waited 45 minutes in front of the changing room because they only had three changing rooms open. Then the employee simply let a man in, which made it take even longer. You were only allowed to take a certain number of clothes with you, which is good in itself, but if you took something in the wrong size then you could forget about queuing again. In the upper section you could forget about finding something in your size. I still don't know if 5X is just another term for a size or if there were only plus sizes.
No large selection of plus size, won't price match things listed on their own app but also somehow those same items aren't available to BOPIS when they're clearly available in the store.
I loved this forever 21 there were a lot of beautiful clothes that are not found in my country, on the top floor there were great sales one searching and searching finds many offers
Love going to this store every time we visit the city! Always terrific sales and prices. Three floors to shop on. Wish registers were open besides just on the first floor.
Employees racially profiling customers is not a good look. I’m 100% positive that if there was a basic pretty while girl influencer filming herself shopping no one on staff would bat an eye - but when a black man is recording? Then suddenly it’s against company policy & you’re not allowed to browse unless you are buying something. Do you guys kick out every single person browsing your racks if you don’t think they’re buying something? No. You don’t. Or else your business would fail.
I'm happy with my clothes but not the service the person who I had when paying was rude and disrespectful. I am Welsh I appreciate I have an accent but I was questioned multiple times about my last name I was told I'm spelling it incorrectly. I know not all workera where like this but this inperticular male was rude and I did not appreciate it
