I love this store! Helpful staff and the cutest affordable clothes ever! Clean and well organized. The staff were dressed in forever 21 clothing which i loved!

The clothes aren't too bad but the employee at the fitting room was horrible to me and a friend who wanted to try on clothes. The music in the shop is so loud you cant even hear yourself think, it's not a great environment to browse and shop!

I don't appreciate the fact that I made my way all the way out here for an order I placed online that was ready for pick up only for them to tell me when I arrived there that I have to wait 3 hours for them to process all of the shipment. Isn't that supposed to be already done and ready by the time I got there. Not very such good customer service.

Went to this store twice and both times the staff were incredibly rude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. The store is also so messy, it's hard to find anything.

I love forever 21! The clothes are mostly very youthful and trendy but by all means there are always more conservative and mature options available. All the times I have been I have also found a sale rack with cool bargains!

Music sucks, nothing made in America, absolutely NO quality. Over rated, over priced junk store. One worker was wearing torn clothe, wings on tore up sneakers and he smells.

I went there to get specific items and I left with everything I was looking for. And the staff was very helpful even though that store was super busy and jammed packed

Tough location to be in since there are so many tourists but they keep it neat and organized. The employees are also very efficient—I returned 3 items in less than 5 minutes!

They have an amazing selectionThe only problem I encountered was the long lines for the check out and for the dressing room. Cloths wise I would recommend this forever 21 but if you don’t have much time I wouldn’t recommend going to this forever 21 because of the long lines. The employees are very nice and helpful. Another problem I encountered was the fact that the store did not carry eyelash glue but they carried eyelashes. All though overall I had a pretty good experience.

Hard to get staff to talk to you, but one was happy to tell my son not to sit on the edge of a display table when waiting for daughter in fitting room
