I went for service on the second week of last month. They didn’t properly rotate my tires on one side wasn’t probably secure had to go to my local tire shop in CT to get it fixed. Don’t recommend going there if an efficient job can’t be performed

Terrible experience. Brought car in on 6/13/23 they assured me car would be repaired by 6/16/23, when I called no one can give me details about the status of my car. I was trying to speak to a supervisor for hours was put on hold, didn’t get in touch with a supervisor Tomas Chollan till 4 hrs later. Then he told me car wouldn’t be worked on till next Tuesday!

I’m writing this review not to talk bad about the place. I start going there since 2020. My concern is that my Rav4 I send it with my wife and they charge her $300 and something for a diagnostic, but that’s if applicable but my car have Platum Garantee. You as a new worker has to ask if you don’t know in some situations. Like me a 38,000 miles you should know it have some guarantee. At the end it took me a month to get it fix. And I didn’t pay nada no nothing. This place you have to be vigilant check paperwork. To finish they always treat me well and professional. This time they detailing my whole car, even the engine.

Went here in 2018 and bought and 2015 toyota highlander EXL and then went here 2 days ago and bought a new 2022 Toyota Highlander EXL we got it from David Polanco treated us with respect and helped us he was amazing to work with and get us in our new car

I had an issue with my radio head unit
(radio backup camera navigation). Ala was my Toyota service representative, he was AWESOME! He resolved my issue quickly and professionally! He was attentive to my issues and needs. He resolved my car issue a Toyota CHR XLE 2019. I highly recommend him for car counseling. To his immediate supervisor, don't lose this guy Ala! I will come back for any issues because of him.

Simple a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Service is bad and if you want to waste a whole day in just a Simple oil change, we’ll I guess u can come here

They're bad I called for one part they told one price after one hour I called back they added 100 to that price for the same part!
