The young lady that helped me today said that it was her first day she help me better than I could think of and I shop at Footlocker a lot the person that changed her must be very experienced to be able to train this young lady in the manner that she did with respect and understanding of my situation.
I don’t know who is hiring the associates or the managers but there has been a severe dereliction of duty. The apathy and indifference that projected in an environment where one is seeking help, is baffling. Customer service, is the life blood of retail, yet these individuals are either trained poorly, not paid enough, or simply dislike their jobs. An employee was making a personal phone call on the selling floor. An employee was arguing with me tooth and nail, rather than attempting to solve my issue, he exacerbated the problem. Nothing makes me feel better than shopping with security on my back, as if it is a bank!
Every time I come here I have a bad experience. No one ever greets me when I walk in. It is hard for me to get the attention of any of the associates. This time i had to tap the associate Ashley to get her attention from off her phone. I asked her for the shoe I needed and she called someone else to get it and went right back to her phone. She didn’t tell me where to go or how long the sneakers will take to come. Ashley seemed to have an attitude afterwards. The other two male employees there with dreads seemed very helpful to other customers I wish i had theyre service instead my rating probably wouldnt be 1 star.
The wait time is ridiculous. The one girl kept asking the other one to get sneakers. She wasted like an HR for sneakers them lil kids wasn't even buying. Never going back
Went here to the kids side horrible customer service employees are careless and try to ignore you they think they own the company. I absolutely dont recommend this place. So ghetto with those employees wish I could give zero stars
They have great shoes but horrible customer service. Me and my mom went shopping to get shoes for school and we asked a few employees to get us a specific size (we asked them about 5 times) and we never got them. Not only that but they are extremely rude. Don't shop here.
Usually have a great experience here and the associates are kind and efficient with the exception of one individual. I asked for a pair of sneakers in my size in which the gentleman confirmed my size was in stock. After waiting for about 15 minutes on line, I came to find out that the gentleman decided to never inform me of the shoes being out of stock. He had me waiting there and was talking with his coworker. The other associates were great but this one gentleman really has me rethinking ever returning to this location.
Wow this place has the worst customer service on the block. You got associates with attitudes, associates with attitudes talking on their phones instead of helping customers, you got one associate doing register when 5 other associates are just standing around not even helping anyone. The sneakers obviously do all the work here because I can’t see how the customer service would keep this place open.
I must have went in when it was busy and that was a Tuesday around 4pm. Employees took a while to service you but they were polite. Lines were long. My daughter bought a sweater and some shoes
The employees were somewhat helpful, but this place seems as if they are always on high alert for theft; it gets in the way of exceptional service. We had to flag down someone to get a size. They are very aware of those who have bags (we didn't, but it was an observation). I don't blame them given where they are located and the fact that they seemed short staffed. All in all, I'd go again, but only if I needed something or won a raffle.
Everyone working here needs to be fired. Everyone is just rude and even sighs and shows you a disgusted face when asking them question. They straight up do not want to help you even if you are a paying customer. If you want to buy shoes, then go to some other place because their customer service is horrible.
Alex was very helpful in finding the right sneaker for me. Ashley was very thorough, efficient, and informative at the cashier. Great experience everyone in the store was welcoming and friendly.
My favorite place they got nice music as soon as you enter and workers are very nice saying welcome to footlocker waiting to help customers love this place i am always going back lol.
I would rate this store -10 if if I could. I went in the store to exchange my son's sneakers.which I purchase online. The store manager had another employee move to ring me up. The store manager; I’am guessing gave me the nastiest rudest attitude for no reason; althoughI clearly had the receipt she made the assumption that I was going to steal, because I was working on the field and carry a backpack with paperwork. I sat down and requested to see other sneakers and other employees and herself ignored me. My request was ignored as so was I was terribly rude and horrible experience. No nobody smiled or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for her store number she then realized She was speaking to Paying customer and turn her attitude around. I work sightseeing and I usually work in the area I won’t be visiting the store anymore for the lack of sales assumption and empathy towards people. Please note this store does a Lousy job at training employees which assumes things about people that are not what should be. I’ve gone into other stores in the area with my backpack and I’ve been treated with much more respect please know that this is unacceptable and you should not shop here. This kind of things lead to lawsuits!
Made an exchange i paid $150 and the sneakers i wanted was $82 and Naomi.i guess she’s the manager wanted me to buy $68 worth of socks and stuff instead of putting the money BACK on my card.i had my receipt too. I literally had to go back and forth with her LIKE the money was coming out hers and she put it on a gift card
Line took forever only 1 person working on register and 7 people working on the floor. Lady working here tried to sell me display shoe that was damaged for full price its covid idc if u clean the shoe off anytime u sell a customer a display its always supposed to be a discounted price!
ANASTASIA WATCHED ME STAND AT THE REGISTER AS I WAITED TO CHECK OUT. SHE PICKED UP HER PHONE AFTER LOOKING IN MY EYE. THE OTHER CASHIER ASKED WAS I READY. THATS WHEN ANASTASIA FINALLY DECIDED TO WORK. I DIDNT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE I GOT AFTER VISITING THIS STORE AFTER 10 BECAUSE I MOVED OUT OF STATE! SHE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE.

They could do better with customer service. They don’t answer the phone. They aren’t attentive to customers. Other than that it’s a pretty good location
