Foot Locker

Terrible staff, they were talking all the time and not helping the customers, one of them even stumbled upon me and laughed. Never coming back.

This is the flagship store on NYC. Great customer service. Extremely great customer service as expected. Had made alot of purchases

Really good sneakers I always buy them online from the same place for jogging outside I’m very happy with the results that my sneakers always on time

Horrible customer service they were very long line to get inside foot locker I need to exchange my sneakers and the lady was so rude and disrespectful that she couldn’t handle her own problems so I had to speak to the manager and the guy was very nice and he took care of it thank you

The store is huge for nothing didn't really have much to choose from. The worker at the cash register was rude and the workers that's supposed to help on the floor was busy talking to each other instead of helping. I did end up purchasing two shoes from this place everything came up to $427 but after my experience at this place I won't return.

This week, I really got a bargain! 3 shoes (2nike, PG4 n Zoom, 1adidas superstar) for only $120.07. And this branch is really great!

I was in this location some time ago and i was unfortunately assisted by a worker by the name of ARMANI her costumer service was very poor! The tone in her voice and attitude was the worst I’ve ever encountered. She pretty much behaved as if i was bothering her her! Very snappy responses and extremely rude. Her attitude was a total turn off. Note to Foot locker I know this location a one of the lager ones but you guys have to do a better job at screening your workers. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m begging for assistance.

Tims here were cheaper than Macy's.
5 store reps to 1 customer got us out in no time.
Way better to shop here than deal
with swarm of tourists in other stores.

Great store. I think the employees here are the cream of the crop Foot Locker has to offer in NYC, because they always know their stuff. There was maybe one or 2 times where they didn't have the shoe I wanted but found a store nearby that had it in stock. A+

The worse thing a store can do is let the checkout line wait get long enough that the customer starts to get second thoughts about the purchase and then decide it's not worth it and leave. That's what happened to me after 10 minutes in line.

Tried to buy sneakers, picked out five different pairs. Did not have one in size 11. Walked out.

This place is heaven for teens and young folks. Bright, cheery decor. Equally bright cheery staff.

The young college student who helped my teen with his shoes was chatty, accommodating, very helpful. It's not easy getting my son to have conversations but this young man had him talking from the first. That to me is impressive.

Fabulous and friendly sales professionals. We had Devante and he was great I would recommend purchasing here. Extensive selection. If you can’t find it here you aren’t looking!
